★☆☆☆☆ I took my car to this location for repairs, but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. It took over a month for the repairs to be completed, which was far longer than expected. Throughout the process, my service advisor, Emma, was almost impossible to reach. She rarely answered the phone, and even when we communicated by text, days would pass before I received a reply. To make matters worse, she refused to coordinate with my insurance company and adjuster, which caused further delay and frustration. When I finally got the invoice, I was shocked to see that every part on the bill was marked up by 110% compared to the prices listed by their own parts department and what was quoted by my insurance company. This level of overcharging felt dishonest and unfair. After this experience, I will never return for repairs, and have decided not to buy my next vehicle here either, even though I had planned to do so in the coming months. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop for service.
