Arash/Archie helped me lots in figuring out what should be more urgently handled regarding my car battery (corrosion around the terminals) vs what is to be more effectively handled by the mechanics (potential corrosion on the wires). By far, of all the car parts stores that I have shopped in town, O'Reilly Auto Parts is my favorite simply because of their " dream team" --Chris A, Chris G., Tabitha, Cathy, Lackie and store manager, Daniel. This team is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went into O'Reilly three times this morning to have the check engine light reason read. The woman who was there was very kind and knowledgeable, but said she could not leave her post until her manager arrived at 10. I came back at 10, and then again at 10:30. When I left at 10:45, the manager had still not arrived. There should be some kind of regulation around a salaried employee just not showing up and leaving someone else to do two jobs. Listen up, Corporate. Someone is gaming the system out here in Cville.
