Vinny Came out today and did an amazing job detailing the inside of my car despite a cold rain that was falling. He exceeded my expectations and the car looks great! He couldn’t do the exterior due to the rain so he is coming back next week when the weather dries up a bit, and I am confident that the outside will look every bit as spectacular as the inside does now. His rates are very reasonable considering the amount of time he put in. Thanks for a job well done Vinny!

Mr Veney was originally very nice when I called to have my suv detailed. We set the appointment and no show. His generator wouldn't start Then we rescheduled again still no generator. Then rescheduled to do at my home and canceled. I rescheduled again and he tells me his ride didn't show up I asked him if he was joking he replied that he would not do the job now because he said I spoke to him rude. I then wend on to explain my rudeness was inspired by his unresponsable behavior. Not only did I wait to have my suv cleaned but then he didn't show up. Don't trust this company. More like a broken down 1 man band.

Vinny had my car back to shining and immaculately clean within hours. Literally two hours. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive. I just wanted clean, but there were scrapes and scratches along the side of my car that he removed, now I can never tell they existed. Above and beyond, excellent job. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Vinny was so fast (finished my car in under 2 hours!) and did an unbelievably good job. My car looks brand new on the outside and the inside. So shiny and clean. Also awesome that he comes to where you live, you don't need to drop your car off at an auto shop and not be able to use it all day. 100% recommend over anyone/anywhere.

I recently bought a car from carmax and the interior smelled a little musty or like previous owner smoked in the car. Downtown Detail did an amazing job on the interior and had to come back to do the exterior due to incoming back weather. He came back and did an amazing job and even offer up suggestions on how to keep the exterior looking like new. I definitely recommend and will use again.

Absolutely amazing. Mold was growing between my drivers door and seat and by the end of the clean it was completely gone. Not only that, but it looked like it did when we first bought it ten years ago. The steering wheel has never been this clean and the leather feels buttery. The carpets are also spotless now. Not only do I feel safe riding in the car again without the mold. but I also just can't believe the cost. I plan to recommend this guy to absolutely anyone and everyone who asks. I called and he was there the next day willing to work with me in the apartment complex parking lot. Would give more stars if possible.

Vinny did a great job on my very old, much "loved," family car. With two small children, the inside was pretty gross after road trips, camping trips, beach trips, commuting, etc. for years. After Vinny worked on the car, both the interior and exterior are cleaner than they have been for a long time! He was easy to work with and came to do the detail at a parking garage near my office, which was a huge help logistically. I would 100% recommend Vinny/Downtown Detail.

I had been looking to get my 2007 Honda Pilot detailed and buffed, but couldn’t justify the prices that the larger commercial car washes were charging. Luckily I googled Downtown Detail and Vinny not only came to my apartment complex to do the work but he charged $75 less than any other place I had researched, ( even with a 20% tip I chose to give for his excellent service)! So, I was able to work from the comfort of my home while Vinny made my faithful used car look and feel like a newer model inside and out! I highly recommend giving Downtown Detail a call the next time you want to give your vehicle a facelift!

Had a no call no show when first scheduled, eventually got back to us that he had over booked, and we had to reschedule. Told Vinny that I'd like a "superior" detailing as offered on their website. After he was done, he said that he had not brought the stuff for the wheel wells, so he didn't do that. He didn't do the engine bay (no reason given) but he would knock $5 off. He also told me there was nothing he could do for my head lights, nor for a stain on my instrument panel. I was told if I noticed anything inside I could just wipe at it with a rag, or give him a call. After he was gone and I was able to inspect my car I noticed that in addition to not doing the engine bay, nor the wheel wells, that none of the glass had been cleaned in addition to many areas of obvious debris being left. Nothing was done to treat the external plastic accents. First thing I did after paying for a Superior detailing service was to bring my care home and clean it. Leaving this review as I feel like I was mislead by reading the others left on Google, highly disappointing.

I own a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. It's kept under shelter, but because of age I did not have any great anticipation for it just wanted to make it look as good as possible. Downtown detailing did all of that and more! This vehicle looks like it's only three or four years old now Come on My compliments to Downtown detailing they are certainly worth every penny! I highly recommend them!!!
