Despite being so very busy (they are popular for very good reasons) they took care of replacing my car tires when I had one flat but it turns out all four were dry-rotted due to age. I had left my car there overnight and they called and told me to pick up my car about 24 hours later. Excellent customer service.

Airport Road Auto Center really helped me out of a jam with my car recently. We were visiting family in Charlottesville for the weekend. On Saturday, I heard an unusual sound which I suspected to be a bad wheel bearing (as we had the same sound and diagnosis last year). I was very hesitant to drive back over the mountains to Pittsburgh on Monday, with a problem such as that. I dreaded having to call the local dealer on Monday and plead for help, but my son suggested we try Airport Road Auto Center, as that is where he gets his service, and he has been very pleased with them. After a restless sleep Sunday night, we showed up at 7am to ask for their help. After a short test drive to confirm the problem, they said they would try to fix it today. By 10am, they had called me back and said the part had been replaced and we were ready to go! Everyone we spoke to at Airport Road Auto Center went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and understanding, even the shuttle drivers (there were 4 shuttles warmed up and ready to go in their lot at that early hour). Thanks so much for helping us out on short notice! We were able to return to Pittsburgh with no problems and worry free.

Terrible, stay away. Went in for an oil change and a check of the brakes. Afterwards, my windshield wiper washer fluid would not spray. Mind you, I used it and it worked just fine on my way to the shop. I brought it back to the shop, they claimed that everything looked fine, the pump needs to be replaced. It was just working!!! They would not entertain the notion that they may have inadvertently done something while they were working in that area. Instead, it’s a crazy coincidence that the pump just died while it was at the shop. Do not take use this shop, take your business elsewhere!!!

Got quoted $2000 aside from other things they were trying to charge me for both front strut replacements with links replaced as well, 2 other shops gave me a quote for $900 for all of that done, afterwards when I declined they charged me $150 diagnosis when the strut damage is clearly visible without looking hard. I’m not saying these guys aren’t good at what they do but to try and charge more than double and afterwards charge me a ridiculous diagnosis fee without my knowledge of it prior is highly predatory. I would make sure you know all of their process and charges before you take you car in. I recommend literally any other shop unless you don’t care about getting nickle and dimed.

They take my husband back-and-forth to work while they work on the cars. The work they do is great and our cars are well taken care of by taking them to airport auto. I really appreciate the work they do and the comfort of knowing that we will get a reasonable price for excellent work.

Overall not happy with service. Went in for a state inspection and noise when accelerating. They said Jeep passed inspection but was unsafe to drive and needed a new rear differential. Said it could be a couple months up front but ended up being 6 months. Frustrating but not all their fault but I had to reach out to Stellantis directly to get movement. Battery died and had to buy a new one since it sat 6 months in their lot never getting started also frustrating but battery likely would have been near end of life any way. I looked at the value of my Jeep to find it tanked. The reason being they added 100,000 miles to my Jeep on the inspection. I let the other things go but this is just the kicker as they did the inspection 6 months ago even though was stored in their lot and filing the inspection 6 months later with an extra 100k miles so I have to jump through more hoops.

My husband and I dropped off one of our vehicles for a tire change, we weren't informed until after we made it home that the tires we purchased had not been delivered. The gentleman that called was extremely apologetic and they offered us a loaner vehicle. Our vehicle had to stay overnight but it was ready before noon the next day. The guys there are super helpful and kind. Definitely will go back.

Took my 2013 Toyota Sienna in for state inspection and they failed it for rear running light out. That’s not the problem. The issue is they said the light was an LED panel and wanted over $300 to fix it and keep it for an extra day. I declined the fix and did a quick YouTube search and discovered it was a Sylvania 168 bulb. I fixed it in 5 minutes with an $4 bulb. Be skeptical and do your research.

My first time taking my car to Airport Auto and the staff and service provided was excellent. Called earlier in the week and made a hassle free appointment. I took my car in the evening before and talked with service rep(Jeff) to decide what was needed for a 60,000 mile service. He was very patient with my questions as we made a list of what needed to be done. They called me in the afternoon next day to let me know it was ready and I went to pick it up. A very helpful tip they gave me over the phone was they charge 3% credit card fee, so if I wanted to avoid that, bring the checkbook or cash. Oh, I also thought the price was very reasonable.

Place is awesome! I had a flat tire on 29 pulled in they did it in under 20 minutes and fixed it and I was back on the road and they put my spare and everything back up so I cannot say a good enough good things about this place, highly highly recommend!
