Very quick and professional service. I required the wheel alignment service urgently after installing new tires on a Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday morning. Total service time was 1 hour and they re- torqued the lug nuts free of cost. They also provided detailed specs on the service and are very accommodating even if you arrive without an appointment. Also, The staff are super helpful and give a detailed breakdown of service costs so you know what you are paying for.

I am from Houston I called the evening before Thanksgiving Eve. The manager was so polite and I told him my problem he said no problem come in the morning and we will get you taken care of. They have helped me patch tires, change tires and are exceptionally priced when it comes to new tires. They are fair, professional, and timely in the work they conduct. I’ve never had to deal with any haggling or pricing conflict. They are all down to earth guys and want to do whatever they can to help take care of their customers. I called last minute on NYE to find a tire for my bmw, however the rim was damaged, unable to secure a rental due to the holiday, they were accommodating in getting me back on the road until the replacement wheel arrived. When there was a mistake made at shipping Donald Eley (not his usual store, but worked in my favor) and Hayden (one of the managers) went above and beyond with not just repair but replacement of my current rims and a tire—an additional tire I wasn’t aware of that had substantial damage—I was exhausted and Donald his self, expressed diligence and concern for my safety more than I was willing to do for myself. Replaced TPMS sensors quoted $1600 at the BMW dealership for less than the price of an expensive entree. As a business they aren’t required to care to the extent they have, and I express my gratitude.
