I have been a customer of Euromotive since they first opened. Troy and Eric are professional and honest and fair. They have taken care of major repairs as well as routine maintenance on my Land Rover. I can count on them and I trust them. Euromotive provides exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner. They are patient with my questions and they have always been there when I needed them.I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have only lived in Charlottesville for less than 2 weeks. We knew before we moved that we would need our brakes replaced, but that it would need to wait until our relocation. We got the quote from our Florida car shop and called around once we moved for the best quote. Euromotive blew the other shops out of the water as far as quote and good reviews online! They got my VW Tiguan in quickly, did great work, and had the car done much sooner than I expected! I paid exactly what was quoted to me as well! I’ve since been in spontaneously needing help with something minor on my car and they were quick and kind to help me out. I highly recommend this business as not only their work on vehicles is great, but so is their customer service and even their facilities if you decide to wait for your car!

Traveling thru VA when ignition coil went bad. Contacted MB dealerships and they offered no help. Found Euromotive online. Called them and were sympathetic to my situation. Diagnosed my problem, located the part I needed and repaired the same day. ( actually in less than 2 hours). Great service. If I lived in the area they would have all my business. Thank you very much!

I had them do the timing belt service on my 1.8T VW Passat. The quality of work was top notch and Troy communicated very well. They were logical in combining tech hours on a couple other services while the coolant was out of the car. No unexpected costs or surprises. Coolant system was properly bled and bodywork was realigned perfectly after 'service position'. They clearly pay attention to details and take pride in their work. Thanks!

Great and professional atmosphere and staff! Chastity, the front desk attendant, was attentive, professional, and kind during all interactions. The team follows safety precautions and provides stellar service. They had diagnosed the issue with our BMW, ordered the parts, and solved the problem within 24 hours. So pleased with the service!

These guys are awesome! My adaptive cruise control system was inoperative. Went to dealership, was informed that a body work needed to be done. Common knowledge that time and money is required for that. Casually mentioned the situation to a gentleman at Metal Art and was pointed to this place. Called in yesterday and came in today. Troy and Erich solved my problem in a morning’s time. Grateful and impressed. The price was good too.

Awesome experience! We had our BMW at BMW in Charlottesville for a total of about 5 months total. They repaired it, my husband drove it home and then went to drive it 2 days later same light came on and lost power. Called BMW they towed it back to their shop and repaired it again still light on. They then said it needed the cylinder rebuilt to the tune of $9089!!!!! I then called around to get second opinion and another shop suggested Euromotive. Best decision I ever made!! They replaced the head gasket that was leaking; BMW HAD ALREADY REPLACED IT!!! The stuff BMW said needed done he did not find other than replacing battery also. No lights on, car runs like a charm. Oh BMW did pay for the head gasket to be replaced again as they did a Mickey Mouse job. Would never take a vehicle to them again. Would not think of taking all my vehicles anywhere but to Euromotive, LLC. It's nice to have a place to go that you can trust.

I have spent over $6,000 dollars at Euromotive over the last 10 months on repairs for my BMW and Porsche. I've never had a problem until a week ago. I have been a good customer. I picked up my car after its most recent repair - which took most of the month of May - and the paint was covered in brown stains. My best guess is that it's tree sap that dripped on the car over the course of the many weeks it was at the shop. The day I picked it up, I washed the car. The stains were baked in and would not come out. A picture is attached, which I took AFTER the car was washed. I was instructed to take it to a specific auto detailer to remove the stains and I would be reimbursed. I did so, at my own expense of $250. The owner refuses to return my calls despite the fact that I have called and left voicemails half a dozen times over the last week. At this point, I am left to assume that he does not value my business. Be careful in dealing with this shop. If there is any kind of confusion, the owner will undercut his employees and give you the runaround. There are plenty of mechanics in town, and I will be taking my business to the shop near Rose Hill drive and Preston Ave in town. Updated 7/2/24 - It's notable that the owner took the time to respond to this review at length on google, but still refuses to take the time to reach out to me directly to resolve this.

I brought my sl600 mercedes in for service. The dealer had had the car for 3 months and could not fix the problem. The technician at euromotive was able to diagnose and fix the problem . They kept me in the loop during the diagnostic process, answered all of my questions and fixed my vehicle for a fair price. I highly recommend them and would not take my vehicle anywhere else for servicing.

Went in with a water pump leak on my Mercedes. They provided a cost estimate. Ended up paying less as they found the issue not as severe as expected. Very honest people. I interacted with three people in three visits all of which were positive. Highly recommend this place.

Needed engine oil housing gasket replaced and oil plug replaced that was causing a major leak in my ‘14 BMW 328i which BMW quoted me $1200 to repair. I called Euromotive and they quoted me $550 and told me exactly long it would take. They kept me updated and even offered secured after hours pick up for convenience. I was satisfied with the service. The ladies and techs were friendly and informative. No complaints. I’ll be going back whenever my baby is need and as I modify her. They charge a $150 diagnostic fee that doesn’t go towards service.

Got ready to go to work this morning and my car wouldn't start. Battery was completely dead. Call Euromotive around lunch time and they told me to come on in and they'd take care of it. Sure enough, they got me in and out (for less than quoted) pretty quickly for the short notice. Very thankful that they were able to get me in today or else it would've made things very difficult with kids and work.

Purchased a 2009 Audi Wagon with 145k miles to keep as a fun backup car. I gave Euromotive a try and wanted to begin by having them replace the Transmission fluid and filter as overdue maintenance. I picked the car up after they performed their service and immediately the car was shifting erratically. I returned shortly after to ask them if everything was ok when they did the service - Mind you, the car shifted perfectly fine prior to having the fluid replaced. When I asked, the technician said the old fluid was brownish but did not smell burnt - which would indicate that the transmission was in poor condition prior to the fluid exchange. I asked him if he took it for a test drive after replacing the fluid, and he said he did, and that he also noticed the slipping and rough shifting on his test drive with the new fluid. Why didn't anyone mention the poor shifting after the work was done? Where they hoping I wouldn't notice or something? I asked them what can be done at this point. I have now spent over $700 on a transmission fluid exchange that has rendered this car nearly undriveable because of how the transmission shifts so poorly and erratically. The service advisor and the owners said they would discuss applying the cost of the transmission fluid flush towards replacing the transmission. I got this car as a weekend tinker cruiser for $2,000, I did not want to sink another $2,500+/- into the car when the transmission was operating totally fine prior to this visit. I was even told that they always recommend not changing fluid on a higher mileage vehicle. Why didn't anyone care to bring this up prior to ruining our transmission? Now, less than two months later I picked up a 2020 X5 with 60k miles for my wife to drive. I wanted to replace the transfer case and differential fluid and I was hoping they would take the same credit they were willing to apply from the transmission fluid exchange to these services for the X5. They were unwilling to do any sort of credit or anything. I can't believe they wrecked the transmission in my weekend wagon only to say "it isn't really our fault". They would not apply a credit from "one car to the other" - I'm not sure that bookkeeping is so discerning, what does the ledger care what car has a credit?

I saw great reviews here, so decided to try them. Was not the case for my family. They had the car initially back at the end of 2021 and could not fix . Picked up the car until the part came from BMW. Two months later..yep two months later they called back saying to drop off the car to fix. Then they said it needed more additional expensive parts. From Nov to the end of Jan did not have a car and when we did finally get it back and paid more than initially quoted, car was in pieces in the back seat. What parts are those, whose additional parts are those? Maybe you are missing some from your car? See photo. If they did not put the car together before claiming it was done...what else did they not do? Maybe you will have a better experience but mine was unacceptable. This is a real review.

This is an honest shop that stands by its work. After multiple different shops were unable to help me with an oil leak on my VW, I took it here and had them fix it. It was a reasonable price (better than dealership prices). They also honor the warranty on their work. I appreciate their friendly and honest service and will be back.

I have taken my vehicle to Euro quite a few times. Always had a great experience, never any issues at all. Everyone there that I came in contact with has always been professional and courteous. This includes the front staff as well. I will continue to take my vehicle there. Complete honesty and definitely explains thoroughly any questions I've ever had. Highly recommend!!!!!

(This is coming from an ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC who Recently Applied Here) Okay, this might be a rant, but, to all my euro friends, PLEASE, and I mean, PLEASE DO NOT go to these guys in charlottesville! I recently went to these guys for an air leak diagnostic coming from the pressure regulator cover gasket. Which I noticed it was leaking air, so I thought to myself to see what these guys would recommend. Also, keep in mind I have a 2014 Mini Cooper S PaceMan R61, which has a N18B16A Motor, and in this photo there is no oil leakage, the pressure regulator cover gasket is the upper gasket on the valve cover, not the lower. Before the diagnostic, I have told them NUMEROUS times it was the pressure regulator cover gasket leaking air, after the diagnostic they told me NUMEROUS times it’s the valve cover gasket which does not leak air, and my car does not have a valve cover gasket oil leak, A VALVE COVER GASKET LEAKS OIL, NOT AIR, A PRESSURE REGULATOR COVER GASKET PINCH LEAKS AIR, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS, THEY WILL STRAIGHT UP LIE TO YOU AND RIP YOU OFF!!!

Fast, friendly service all issues with my Mini were resolved and i was kept in the loop on part arrival times and ETA's. 1/26/23 - The engine in my Mini died over the summer. It has taken several months to come up with a plan for the repairs and to get the car back on the road. Big shout out to the guys Euromotive & Garrett. They have been very patient and understanding of the situation as well as been more than accommodating to my emails and adding of some extra parts to the car while it was apart. Anyone looking for a great automotive shop that services German cars reach out to Euromotive!! They do great work and treat your car as if it’s their own! Summer of 2025 update: Still as amazing as ever. Be it basic services, general repair, or improving/tuning your car they are very accommodating and thorough in their work!
