Went here for a simple oil change and was driving down the interstate when oil started spilling out the bottom due to the filter not being screwed on properly. Filter was cross threaded and it caused the o ring to break

Want to give a huge thank you to John. This past Wednesday, my wife and were on our way to Lynchburg to visit family. We got a flat tire, maybe 45 minutes outside of town and as there is no spare for the vehicle and the tire could not be repaired, we needed to replace it. Through AAA we were directed to John's shop. He not only was able to get a tire to fit my wife's vehicle, but also able to get it put in the same within only a few hours left in the day before they closed. I can't thank John and his mechanic enough for all that they did.

The employees were nice, but $69.99 for an oil change and a charge for an unexplained part is too expensive. I will return to Mr. Tire who at least includes a free inspection for $49.99.

Brought our car in for a muffler issue and he said even though he was booked for a week out he’d take a look because it was minor. Got a call same day our car was ready to be picked up. I went to this shop because of the high google ratings and reviews and found that they were well earned. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle on the same day and the cost was more than fair. John DiCaprio kept me in the loop every step of the way. I can't recommend this shop enough.

I would give them 20 stars if I could! Anytime I have had to take my car in, John has been so helpful. They get things done very quickly but also correctly. Just today I took my car in to make sure my front passenger wheel was okay, because a shop in PA did not tighten the Lug nuts on the tire after replacing the rotor and my car was shaking because they were so loose. John was more than happy to fit me in to make sure nothing was affected as well as to make sure the torque was correct, and he did that at no cost! Also, for all the young women out there, this is the first car shop I have gone to where I do not feel like I will be taken advantage of when it comes to the cost of parts and labor, they are very fair and transparent!
