I was disappointed that she was only willing to discuss my sleep machine. She recommended me back to my Primary Care Doctor to be referred back to your practice to discuss the pulmonary issues and questions that I thought I was there to discuss.
More copays, more time lost; I don't think so. I will find another pulmonary practice and use you for my annual sleep machine visit only

My provider and office staff were great. I did have to wait 10-15 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. But I do not agree with the policy of assigning a provider to a patient and highly discouraging the patient to change providers if the patient wants to be seen sooner than the availability of their assigned provider. I had a conflict with my annual CPAP appointment on Dec 22, 2025 at the Appleton location. The next available appointment with my assigned provider was in September on 2026. That is ridiculous- nine months later! Fortunately, I was able to see my provider in Neenah in mid December which was a five minute appointment. I’m assuming there is a lack of providers. Seems like there is a better solution. I would have been fine seeing any provider.

In arriving at Fox Valley Pulmonary medicine, I was greeted with a smile and friendly voice right away. I was checked in and right away was called back by the nurse. I was about a half hour early. So I was pleasantly surprised. I had my visit with Stacy Mielke, she is always informative and easy to talk to. I was done with my appointment quickly and on my way even before my appointment was to start. Thank you!

Had to get a pre op approval for an upcoming surgery. Kristen and her staff was able to get me in quickly and were extremely helpful I had just seen her relatively a short time ago for normal check up. So she was able to spend more time on alleviating my concerns for the upcoming procedure with a different provider. She delivered factual information and provided information from working with my pending surgeon in the past that made me much more comfortable and set my mind at ease. Kristen and her staff are fantastic and I am having family members set up to see her going forward.

Dr. Jansen does a great job. By far the best pulmonary doctor I have seen in 35 years. I had a bit of an issue with scheduling staff. The Management Person contacted me and we discussed the situation: it was immediately taken care of. The group is really trying to provide the best possible service.

I just don't understand why you are forcing me to come in for an office visit that it takes longer to check in than for the actual visit. I mean the info I got could have been just as effective in a phone call or letter and saved time and money!! I'm not sure if I hate the machine or my wasted time and money more...

I never got an appointment but the way I was treated on the phone after sitting on hold for 5 minutes to try and book an appointment left me feeling like a third class citizen. I’m in severe pain and really didn’t need to start my day feeling like I don’t matter. Do better! Especially since calls are recorded and bosses can screen them. I’ll be sure to go somewhere else.
