★★★★★ New customer here at Fred automotive and a forever customer now Fred is an amazing person, very professional, knows how to handle business and gets the job done. I’ve been to almost every auto shop here in SM and I had very horrible experiences the last shop I went to before Fred automotive they tried doing under the table dirty work that’s when I took my business elsewhere and found Fred’s automotive from the beginning Fred was honest and didn’t beat around the bush. He keep it transparent with me and told me where to start. I was originally going to do the tuneup myself but after buying everything my boyfriend car got broken into and they took everything. I then reached out to Fred he got me in quick with a reasonable price. He even took the extra steps in giving me a free ride back home and offered to pick me up. He took an extra mile in putting on my steering wheel cover I’ve been meaning to put on for MONTHS now. I’m beyond thankful and grateful for Fred and his team. My car was labeled as a gross polluter and from so many mechanics trying to rip me off and say I need to replace my whole engine Fred was the only one who knew where to start and I can honestly say I’m beyond satisfied with the repair he did she’s running cherry now and I can finally keep up with traffic!! I know after this she will pass smog all thanks to Fred automotive! Thank you again Fred you’re truly amazing at what you do 💖
