This is not a good reliable shop had my car for over a week still not fixed paid them $300 to Danny and my car still not running look in the car they left a receipt from U-Pull-It getting old parts but I'm paying them for new parts I would never recommend no one to this shop every time I call to speak to the owner they say something different

This place is a scam horrible took truck there after it turned off on highway towed it next day at 10am i had to constantly call them said they would call back i had to keeo calling n calling after 8 hours later n say i need a new engine so i took i had to wow it to another shop they told me engine was not touched by them to tell me my rocker arms and pistons and timing chain was messed up just sad i dont recommended this rinky dinky small shop so small reminds me of 3 jail cells combined

Very Very!!! Disappointed I usually don't do reviews comments 😕 However If you value your money!! Don't go here !!!! My car was overheating .they replaced a knoB for 180.!!!..Car still running hot 🔥 go back again They replace hole 380 ...they claim.!!!!!. Car 🚗 continues to overheat ....This morning I taken car 🚗 to another shop ..I was told !!! 360 your water pump needs to be repair!!!!! Thank GOD I have money 💰 to pay 🙏 for repair... A total of 560..lost !!!! I PRAY THIS HELPS YOU TO MAKE A DECISION!! 🙏 MY LESSON DONT GO BACK !!!

I got my car towed to them on a Thursday. I was told they would be able to look at it and at least tell me what was wrong with the car that following day and I did not receive a phone call from them until Monday! At this point I received the call saying it was fixed and I could pick it up. I could not pick it up that day so I scheduled to pick it up after work the next day.I call after work Tuesday and now I'm being told the car was not fixed and that I need a new engine! This was the MOST unprofessional encounter I have ever had. I did not give them one star because I took it somewhere else and their story checked out. If you can deal with how unprofessional they are and don't mind poor customer service and you can afford whatever price they tell you to work on your car, because they won't call to verify before they do the work, then this is the place for you.

We were heading home after a concert the night before. We started heading back to MI and the car started over heating and making noise. We made it to Freddy's not knowing where we were or if they'd even help us. They immediately saw we were in distress and helped us. They immediately realized it was the radiator hose and it would need to be replaced. They let us wait in the office while it was being fixed. We are forever grateful for Freddy and his crew! We managed to get back home safely.

Very disappointed in my service. My car broke down on me and I had it towed to this place and they said my engine was gone. I never got a check engine light or heard any engine knocking noises before it broke down. It took them 2-3 days to “finally look at my car” and to tell me “oh you’re whole engine is gone”. I didn’t believe them so I had it towed back to my house. When I opened the hood, my engine cover was off and my spark plugs were all pulled out & wasn’t put back in place. Some small pieces were missing too. What really had me angry was that when I checked my oil dip stick, it was bone dry. I constantly check my oil there was no reason for my dipstick to be dry. I have a feeling my engine was somehow seized at this place. I’m extremely upset, I am a college student there’s no way I can afford a whole new engine.

Unbelievably fast and courteous service. These guys were willing to stay open a few minutes after closed until I could arrive to have my tire changed. I could not have had a better experience.
