I bought a 2024 Ford Bronco Thursday! The experience was super easy. I worked with Hailey Carlos, and Niko. They are all great! Good energy, good conversation, good deals! They are nice and welcoming! I negotiated quite a bit and they worked me until I was happy! If you want a ford go to this Veteran owned dealership! They will get you home in the car you want!

I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team for their magnificent service! Not only did they provide excellent service with my car, but they went above and beyond to help me personally. They shuttled me around from my hotel to the dealer and even to Disneyland so I could pick up my lost key that they were replacing for me. Special thanks to Daniel (service advisor), Mikey (porter), and the service advisor manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Every one of them was professional, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. This is truly five-star service, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I had the best experience purchasing a truck at Fullerton Ford. Staff took excellent care of me and my wife and they stayed open late to accommodate me coming from over 2 hours away. Cristian my sales rep is the best as he treated us professionally and with respect. Maria the Finance Manager was friendly and guided me through all the documentation I needed to sign and she explained each one so I had a good understanding of what I was signing. Excellent customer service overall.

Don’t waste your time bringing your car here to sell. Their online service offered to buy the vehicle brought it in, wasted 40 minutes for them to tell me they’ll pass on the car because it looks like part of it was repainted. It’s a used almost 10 year old car does this dealer expect used cars to be perfect? Took the car down the street to CarMax and they purchased the car at a similar price this dealer “offered” got me out the door 45 minutes with a uber ride home.

Easiest and friendliest car buying experience I’ve had. I bought and did everything online and over the phone and Nikos one of the managers made it a smooth and honest negotiation process along with my saleswoman Haley. If you’re gonna buy a car here ask for her. Dealerships you usually feel like you’re getting scammed but Fullerton Ford with the help of Haley made this my most comfortable car purchase. Don’t go anywhere else

I was introduced into the ford family when my boyfriend bought his 2016 mustang and came to the Fullerton Ford dealership with one car set in my heart… A Ford Explorer I was so fortunate to meet with Imad A. And he presented me with the car of my dreams, the test drive was super fun and he was so kind to help me start the process of buying my new car. With bumps in the road regarding my credit history the team at this dealership went above and beyond to help me finance my dream car and I never once felt like I wasn’t being taken care of. Even when I was no longer at the dealership, Tarek and Chad worked constantly to help me and congratulate me on buying my first car. Thank you to the entire team at Fullerton. Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement. I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service. Thank you Art Bravo for exceptional customer service! Until next service:)

Fullerton Ford service has done a great job every time I take my 2019 Ford Ranger for service. The Service Department staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They are prompt, and they always do a good job. In the past, my truck had some issues since new, and after taking it to various Ford dealers where they worked on it, and none of them were able to resolve the issue, Ford Motor Company asked me to take it to Fullerton Ford, who within 30 minutes was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it once they got the appropriate parts. So besides being very friendly, and do a great job, their service department mechanics are very good with lots of experience. I highly recommend Fullerton Ford for any Ford car service.

I love Ford and have always enjoyed their vehicles. My first experience went well with my first purchase, but then later I went to a Ford dealership and was ignored and made to feel bad. So I avoided them and purchased my 2nd vehicle elsewhere. This time I decided to go back and I was so happy I did they were kind and their Salesman Cristian was so helpful and explained everything Ford had to offer. I ended up getting my Ford Ranger and so happy with my truck. I definitely will be returning when I purchase another vehicle in the future.

Fullerton Ford and their technician David went over and beyond to help me with my 2019 Ranger. I noticed my Transmission slipping when I gave gas to accelerate. This was my 3rd ford I bought from Ken Grody. I went to KG and explained my problem, Omar their tech said it was out of warranty by 3 months. I asked if anything could be done to assist me, there is only 27,000 miles on it! He said bring it in and they would diagnose it for 221.00 dollars! also they would not be able to look at it for three days. I felt no empathy and that after buying 3 trucks from Ken Grody there would be a little concern! I called Fullerton and they told me immediately I might qualify for assistance. I did and they fixed my trans, they saved me 2700! The new Transmission cost me 1500.00 with a two year warranty! Thank you David and Fullerton Ford, my Ranger is running beautiful, I will be buying my next truck from Fullerton Ford. Another reason I am happy is that FF is veteran owned by a Marine Who is no longer with us. Semper Fi Fullerton Ford, thank you for being trustworthy, I will be sending my friends and relatives to you.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Fullerton Ford truly deserves to be shared. After purchasing a 2025 Raptor from a dealership in Orange, CA, I discovered a defect that came from the factory. Naturally, I assumed the dealership I bought it from would handle the repair—especially for a brand-new vehicle under warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Their service department made it clear they were too busy to take on the repair for weeks, and it became apparent they weren’t interested in helping because it wasn’t a particularly “lucrative” job. That’s when I reached out to Fullerton Ford, and it turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. From the very first call, Chris in the service department was outstanding. He listened, explained the process clearly, and most importantly, treated me like a human—not just another ticket number. Chris went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of, and he did it with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He didn’t hesitate to help, even though it wasn’t a high-dollar service. That kind of character is rare, and it left a lasting impression. Thanks to Chris and the Fullerton Ford team, I’ll be bringing all my Ford vehicles here from now on.
