The staff at G&S are friendly, honest and professional. I swooped in and bought an '05 Volvo XC90 before they even had a chance to check it out thoroughly. I needed a car fast, and I had to have it before anyone else tried to buy it. I love it. I've been back to have some things done that they weren't able to tend to (remember, I swooped in), and one thing that wasn't even their fault. Somehow, a gallon of milk got stuck between the back seat and 3rd row. It got punctured and slowly leaked out. What an odor. A month after the discovery by one of their employees, they cleaned it up for me at no charge. They've been just great. The next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll be visiting G&S. Hopefully, not in such a hurry. :o) Thanks guys!

Very good people to deal with. They are fair and Easy to deal with. Easy financing, it doesn't matter what your credit is, they can put you in a nice vehicle. The facility is nice, clean and organized. The mechanic (dominic) is a very talented mechanic and I would recommend any one to go there for repair work.

The service deserves negative stars. Had our Audi for weeks. It was starting to get warm, so we decided to have the water pump done. After FINALLY getting the car back, it overheated the whole way home and now has 2 antifreeze leaks. It never leaked before. Horrible customer service. BEWARE! I'm sure they "work" on the cars they sell, so go somewhere else!!

I was facing a $1800 repair bill on my previous car and needed to travel for Christmas. In a matter of 3 days I had put down the same amount was driving a newer version with many options. G and S knew I was leaving town, but followed through on their promise to replace struts when I returned. I think they are very fair and above board. They even discount service to those who purchase there. A well run business!

Do not go there this is the worst decision I had ever made on a car,they sold me a car for almost $8000 bucks, this car gave me issues the first week the second the third it was breaks the thermostat radiator,the axel everything bad bad bad why I didn’t call the first 4 weeks ? Well I needed to be mobile I used the only money I had and I had just moved to Norwich had kids under my care I needed a car because I had juts got hired to my new job and on top of that it had so many miles 155,058 and I even ask him for a better price I told him my situation that I didn’t have much to play with I guess my decision my lost he assured everything was ok but it wasn’t and I have proved to show how much I had spend after t buying this car if you a female and don’t want headaches don’t come to this place

We bought a truck a year ago and they were so good to us, we bought another vehicle from G & S. Financing was made easy and fit our budget. It's so hard to find honesty from an establishment and you WILL NOT go wrong buying a vehicle here. Matt, Juan 1 & Juan 2, without a doubt, are very thorough and detailed about work performed on our vehicles. Matt the used car salesman is the epitome of a used car salesman!! Stay far away from this junkyard!! Make sure if you find yourself interested in anything on his lot you bring a mechanic to look the vehicle over because his mechanic doesn't! Experienced transmission problems on my drive home from purchase!!Thank God I purchased the extended warranty because Matt the used car salesman wouldn't honor his 30 day!! After having it looked over & fixed also discovered the motor had a bad lifter which failed & had a misfire !! Engine had to be rebuilt less than 1200 miles after purchase! Transmission was bad at purchase & these guys knew it !! Go with you gut if you find yourself sitting at this guys desk!! Absolutely don't use his mechanic either, he's a hack!!! Many others I've spoken with about G&S since had similar junk purchase experiences! I suspect his good reviews are fake !!!

Guys are great. Not to quick to pick up the phone due to always being busy. But hey, there not a huge shop, but get the job done. Fair prices, and they take care of their customers. had issue with starter (place it was perched was at fault) they went above and beyond to make sure they got the right parts to fix the problem took 2 tries. I was not charged for this other then the original price I paid. In my personal opinion you won't be disappointed. Would give 10 stars if I could.

JUNK CARS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Buying a 2012 Volvo XC60 from G and S Auto Sales was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I had issues with the car they sold me since day 1 and over a year later they still haven’t fixed what was wrong. Just days after buying the car, the check engine light came on. I brought it back immediately, and instead of actually fixing the problem, they just shut the light off and told me it was “nothing serious” — supposedly something that wouldn’t matter until the next emissions test, which they claimed had already been passed. Fast forward a few weeks, and I got a notice that the car needed an emissions test — which it failed MULTIPLE times. Since then, I’ve had to pay out-of-pocket for a new battery, transmission, catalytic converter, and O2 sensors. This car and shop has drained my bank account, and every time I went back to them for help, they either brushed me off or pretended they fixed it. Nothing was ever actually resolved. The final straw? I left the car with them for FOUR business days to finally get the issue fixed. When I came in to check on it, the car hadn’t been touched. I asked to speak with the manager, Matt, and when I finally did, he was literally more focused on bidding in an online auction than talking to me about the car they’ve failed to fix since day one. The mechanics have no clue what they’re doing, and the manager is completely unprofessional, and careless. It’s clear they’re just trying to flip broken cars, silence complaints, and squeeze as much money as they can out of customers like me while dodging accountability. After numerous attempts at trying to fix the car, and thousands of dollars spent on parts that I had to replace within a year of owning it, I finally gave up and sold the car and bought a new one from a DIFFERENT shop. 2 months later, the car drives like it should right out of the lot, and the salesman personally takes the time and effort to reach out periodically to make sure I am still satisfied. Something, G & S Auto Sales never did.
