Raymonds Auto, is an excellent automotive diagnostic and repair shop that my husband and myself respect and trust. They not only do our oil changes but this time thoroughly inspected and repaired the leak in the cars air conditioning and replaced the lost cap to my window washing fluid.Their work is always excellent in repairs and very fair in their pricing owner Joe is friendly having great people communication skills .I will and have recommended Raymond's garage to anyone who needs automotive repairs

Joey and the staff are very helpful. I always feel I can get an honest opinion from them to keep my family safe and not break the bank. I go out of my way to get my vehicles here because I know they will tell me all the options without adding extras on. They’d tell me what they would do if it was theirs. I’ve had at least a decade’s worth of family vehicles come here ...at least 8, and they have bean great with every one of them.

I needed to have components replaced in my refrigerator because it failed on my cross-country trip from California. They went out of their way to get the job done at a fair price. I was able to schedule the work from the road and have the parts delivered to them. Great company with honesty, integrity and pride in their work. Rare nowadays. They also took care of some other issues, as well. I was highly satisfied.

Worst shop around, they charged me $150 for testing a battery on my truck and telling me it was dead. They claimed that they took it out and tested it fully and tried to charge it. They then sent me to auto zone to get a new battery after charging me $150. Once I got to auto zone they actually tested the battery and said it was 100% fine and the issue with my truck starting was just a loose contact on the terminal which they fixed in the parking lot in about 2 minutes. So basically Raymond's lied about ever testing/charging my battery in order to charge me $150 without doing any work. Avoid this shop!

Can not say enough about how great this place is They are reliable efficient & honest! We recently bought a camper and had a freshwater tank leak they gave us all our options and let us decide and had us up and running within 24 hrs! We were traveling through the area and our RV batteries wouldn't hold a charge. Called around to a few places and fortunately I connected with Joey at this place. He offered great advice on batteries, I drove over and he took care of it very quickly, installed the batteries too! Good product, very fair price, great work and service. Don't buy batteries at Costco! Go see these guys instead, you'll be glad you did.

I can't believe I have to leave this review Do not DARE respond telling me " it must be the wrong Raymond's Auto because it's not. It's definitely Franklin and I am beyond mad. I brought you a vehicle with a PERFECTLY GOOD cooling system and you sent me home with a DESTROYED upper radiator spout. 40 miles into my drive my car overheated and left me on the side of the road, I pop the hood and there it is, a vehicle with NO cooling system problems what so ever with a BROKEN UPPER SPOUT and broken plastic all up in the radiator hose. I picked up my car from your shop a month ago and I'm STILL ordering parts! I haven't been able to do my delivery job for over a month. I thought I could just replace the radiator, NOPE! The broken plastic went into the water pump and it leaks like a waterfall. NOW I NEED TO DO THE TIMIMG TOO!! I'll NEVER recommend you to anyone, I'll NEVER bring another vehicle to you. Also the woman that answers the phone needs a class in customer service. You sit at a desk! Dragging her voice and huffing and puffing every time I call. You people know EXACTLY who I am and know EXACTLY what you did to my radiator. You broke it, you put the hose on the best you could, and you sent it on its way!! Dishonest joke show of a shop. If I could go back in time I'd never send you any business. I work on cars the job I needed from you was too big me to do on a driveway with no lift. You know EXACTLY who I am and EXACTLY which car. Yeah Joey the light came on just like you said it would! And no it's not coming back to you.

Joey and the team from Raymond's Auto was great. I had a pretty serious issue with my older diesel pickup (a truck I love). Joey fixed the engine problem (needed a new turbo) and replaced a wheel hub and a few other minor, but necessary components. The truck is running great again and the bill was definitely reasonable! I really appreciate the quality work from Joey and his team.

I am submitting this complaint to formally document and report the conduct of Raymond’s auto following a motor vehicle accident in which I was involved. On Saturday Jan 17 2026 , I was involved in a highway accident caused by black ice. I lost control of my vehicle but did not strike another vehicle, cause injuries to any third party, or engage in negligent or reckless behavior. Due to the accident, I was transported from the scene by ambulance and received medical care. I am currently undergoing treatment for cancer and require prescribed medication as part of that treatment. After I regained consciousness, I attempted to retrieve my prescribed cancer medication and personal belongings from my vehicle. I was informed by [Company Name] that these items would not be released unless I paid $600 out of pocket and surrendered the title to my vehicle. Despite explaining my medical condition and the urgency of accessing my medication, the company continued to withhold both my essential medication and personal property. I believe this conduct is improper, coercive, and exploitative, particularly toward a medically vulnerable individual. Withholding necessary prescription medication under these circumstances raises serious concerns regarding legality, ethics, and consumer protection standards.

My son was recently involved in an accident due to black ice. My car was towed 469 feet by this company. I was literally 1 drive way away and I was charged over $1300.00 for this tow. The receptionist at the desk was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend.

I had to bring a larger modified truck for service here and then had to also have Very large heavy equipment moved and they all have been absolutely wonderful. Professional, reasonably priced, incredible communication, calls returned very quickly, easy to make appointments, knowledgeable, friendly inviting and safe.
