I was extremely annoyed and upset with the service department. I did an early morning drop-off and found that the key drop box does not have a lock on it. I was later told they knew this because the key for the box gets "lost" so they leave it unlocked. I scheduled a standard oil change and inspection service and asked that during inspection to see if the tires need to be rotated and an alignment done. I was contacted, and they said suggested these services be done. My car was done and ready one hour before my original appointment time at 9:30am. To my amazement after noon, when I picked up the car, unknowing to me it was not drivable. They drove it out to me and saw no concern assumingly, but as I approached my turn leaving the dealership I was thrown off the road. Thankfully, I nor anyone else was injured. I returned directly to the dealership. The service representative promptly took my car back in and found that I had two separated tires that had been rotated and aligned by their technician but overlooked. I then had to wait hours longer, buy four new tires with no apology or remorse. The representative blamed everything on the technician when, in fact, he drove the car also and should share in the blame and could have been shown some concern and kindness for the situation they put me in.

Make sure when taking your car in for routine service you know what needs to be done so they don’t sell you something you don’t need. Also be sure to go over the entire bill before you leave. Things I needed done or follow up on weren’t and I was sold service I didn’t need.

I had a great experience at Nissan with my last services to my car. I can attest that all my interactions at this dealership has been excellent. 100% of staff I encountered are pleasant! From the gentleman who transport to the lady at the front I think Evelyn not sure, sales staff,, service representatives. Huge shout out to Mr Dustin whom is knowledgeable and reassuring, it’s scary especially being a female and dealing with automotive workers as we are mostly sometimes taken advantage of! I do not feel like that with Mr Dustin I am very comfortable with his explanations and trust his reports. There is another middle age gent whom has been there awhile who has the same effect I forgot his name he is a service rep or manager located in the first office I believe,, both of them I’ve interacted with and I am at ease and trust their judgment! I don’t feel I’m taken advantage of! I recommend Nissan service crew I have not had a negative experience! Thanks

I’ve never had an issue with the service department before today. I’ve dropped my car off multiple times for an oil change here, done within about an hour or two. Knew something was wrong yesterday when we received NO UPDATE on my car four hours later. We were never told if it was busy, if it needed to stay overnight, if any other services needed to be completed, etc. Apparently, someone forgot to press a button. Instead of immediately apologizing and compensating me for the situation, Jerry Miller said “I thought it was weird that you didn’t stay since it was a short service.” I’ve always dropped off my car, and I’ve always received a phone call when it’s ready. HE NEVER CALLED TO SAY MY CAR WAS READY. I have to drive someone back and forth to Orlando today due to his mistake, and I received a “$20 reimbursement since I’m feeling nice.” An apology was NOT given over the phone when I originally called the next day, just “weird that my message didn’t go through.” EDIT: I just got off the phone with the service manager, Steve. He was able to get me a complementary oil change due to the issue. I am VERY appreciative that he gave me awesome customer service and be empathetic to the situation. Thank you so much!
