I discovered this shop last month and took my car in for a simple oil change. They treated me so well, that I brought my car in again for transmission service. I shopped around before bringing my car in for the 2nd time, and their prices were lower than most other shops. Most importantly they're friendly and I appreciate the attention they give to my car. This isn't a busy shop with lots of random people running around. This is a small shop with 2 professionals that care about their customers and getting the job done right. I totally trust these guys. I plan on getting all of my maintenance and upgrades done at this shop for the life of my car.

Above and beyond with excellent customer service. I came in for a repair due to a break in. All of the staff were incredibly sympathetic to my plight (they drilled through the key cylinder instead of breaking the window). They kept me updated on the part ordering, gave me two different options for the repair and were very clear with the timeline and the price of each option. They even stayed open and extra 20 minutes at the end of the day so I could come pick up the car after work which was incredibly nice of them. The price was much more affordable than I anticipated and I could tell they were giving me a fair deal. 1000% would recommend them and will return if needed.

On a Saturday afternoon and close to the Christmas holidays, these folks were able to get and install a new alternator into my car within a few hours. The shop is on a small alley off Broadway so it’s not too hard to find. Pleasant experience overall.

My 2022 Prius window stopped working. Galicia Auto repair was able to see me the next day, and offered an upfront phone quote of $180 labor to replace the regulator and motor (if needed). It turned out that the window had slipped off the tracks because of some missing bolts. On the plus side, they were honest and let me know that the regulator and motor did not need replacing, they figured out some bolts were missing holding the window to the regulator and fixed those bolts. However, they charged me the full $180 in labor despite not doing the labor to replace the regulator or motor since that full labor wasn't needed. I would have been more than happy to pay for their labor to fix the bolts, but it shouldn't have cost $180. Not cool. If you need immediate work, they can fit you in quickly which is great. They were honest and did not upsell me parts for a new regulator and motor. But to charge me the full labor cost for replacing the regulator and motor despite not having to do the work feels really wrong.

Yo, if you have an electric or hybrid vehicle or it looks like any type of car and you don’t come to this place first you’re wasting money! I made a quick phone call to Ricardo. He told me I could get the car towed even though I was busy with work. He let me get the car sent there without me even visiting the shop. They took care of me and it was definitely way cheaper than anyone else had quoted me and they fixed it in one day so I couldn’t recommend this place more!
