Some time back I needed some work done on my 2006 Nissan Titan truck and Gerald's was suggested to me by my brother in law. I had them go over the truck and they did an estimate that had several significant things. I had most done at that time. About a month ago, I had been dealing with an oil leak onto my exhaust and a new issue with my a/c. My recollection was that the oil leak was on my original estimate but I thought that I had decided to not have it done at that time because I was already having about $1,000 of work done I called to bring the truck in and they said that while labor fees had increased, they would honor the original estimate price for the leak. When they called about everything, they said that, in reviewing everything, I had them actually repair the oil leak on my previous visit and the repair had failed. Even though it was out of the warranty period for their work they also said they saw I had only driven the truck a few thousand miles since. THEY COMPLETED THAT REPAIR AT NO CHARGE AS IT WAS ON THEM!!!! I can not say enough about their honesty as well as the way they stand behind their work!!! They could have easily not mentioned that it was previously repaired or said that it was past the warranty period but they went above and beyond. I am so lucky to have been introduced to Gerald's and have no hesitation in recommending them!

Was in a pinch with the work truck. Gerald and crew got my vehicle in, diagnosed and fixed the problem same day on a day when they were slammed with other projects. As a business it's important not to have downtime and taking a vehicle to the shop around this area is always one of my biggest fears due to long waits and your vehicle not being priority. I’ve been going to Gerald’s for years now. Time and time again, they prove I chose the right team! My dad was a master mechanic and it took me 20 years to find a good team after he passed. This week I dropped my SUV off with Cameron and told him what I thought it needed. He called me back and confirmed. He even went further to test more of my suspension work and tell me it didn’t need replaced. Many other shops would have used that as an opportunity to make more money and he chose to be honest! I had my vehicle back the same afternoon driving as good as the day I bought it!

Gerald's has worked on my cars/trucks for 25+ years. He takes the time to find the actual issues with the car and then fixes only what needs to be repaired. Had several transmission expert places tell us our daughter needed a new transmission, at a cost of over $3,000.00. Gerald checked it out and the issue was a broken motor mount, which he fixed for $400. The transmission was fine. I send all my friends there with no hesitation.

Gerald recently repaired the air conditioning and ignition on my vehicle. It was a very labor intensive job where they had to remove the front seats and the dash board. They did a phenomenal job and very reasonable!! We weren’t in town when the vehicle was finished so Gerald went the extra mile and put the vehicle in our driveway. Talk about customer service!!!!
