worst auto body shop ever they took 5 days to fix a broken door with could have costed 75$ bucks at pick and pull and took an extra 3 days to gets a screw on part with you can get in auto zone right away and not only that MY MOM IS A EXTREMELY NICE LADY AND SOME GUY NAMED JAIME BULLIED HER GIVING HER ATTITUDE WORST PLACE AND THE CHARGE WAS 23,000 FOR A BROKEN DOOR IF YOUR CAR IS WRECKED PREPARE YOURSELF FOR ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A HIGH BILL I SHOULD HAVE FIXED MY CAR MY SELF

Well I took my car there and paid $2400. When I picked it up the first time I was finding something new everyday, first thing I noticed was the paint color was way off next the grill was not put in right at all. Next I opened the hood and the tube to the air cleaner was just laying there not clips were put back in. So I took the car back paint matching is awful I do not recommend you take a car there.

Someone hit me and messed up my entire bumper back in August and I had to get the whole thing replace. The insurance recommended this place and when I received my car back it looked really good!! On Monday, December 23, 2024, at 9:21 AM PST, I called the West Lane location to schedule an appointment. Janet, the representative who answered the phone, scheduled an appointment for me at 11:00 AM the same day. I arrived as scheduled and informed Janet that I was there for my appointment. She then walked out with me to inspect my vehicle and began taking pictures using her personal phone. Afterward, Janet informed me that it would take approximately 20 minutes to prepare an estimate for the necessary repairs on my 2022 Ram 1500. I provided my email address and requested that she send the estimate as soon as it was completed, as I needed to forward it to my insurance company. However, by 2:35 PM, after more than three hours had passed, I called Janet to check on the status of the estimate. When I inquired if she would be sending the estimate, she assured me that I would receive it by the end of the day on December 23. As of today, I have still not received the estimate. What I find most troubling is the complete lack of follow-through and communication. Not only did I not receive the promised estimate, but I was also not contacted with any updates or a courtesy call to inform me of the delay. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with how my request was handled. Very poor reflection of management at this location.

There's a lot of background info to cover here but ill give the basics. I will post before and after photos. That being said, I showed up here after getting four different quotes from Bugs, Caliber, All Foreign and Domestic, and Maaco. Prestige beat the 3 big names on the list by a range of 3-8,000$. This was a hit and run accident that occurred unfortunately without me in the vehicle so my insurance refused to cover any of it. I was in a bad place and needed help, I was worried about the discount price meaning discount work, I had zero to worry about. Getting ahold of the shop can be tricky because their phones are not set up properly so going to the shop is the only way to initiate contact, at which point he gives you his cell. Other than that communication was fine. He fixed it in a week which was extremely fast based on previous experiences which was another big plus. The body work was done well. I must say that every other shop required the purchase of a new door because they acknowledged it was too bad to fix 100%. However I could not afford that, so the work to fix my door was also very helpful. The door is NOT 100% and I honestly wish I could've scraped up the money for a new one but it is what it is. That part is on my budget, not the shop. He also did some digging to find me a used headlight since new ones for mine were over 1000$. Overall as you can see from the pics, work was done very very well. Take your car here. They've done everything from lowriders to my convertible bmw from what I've seen in person with my own eyes.
