These people are a total fraud,I had my truck worked on by them.I had suspension, mechanical, and Alighnment,balance done.which they did a horrible job and my truck was left with a criket steering wheel and no alignment on the wheels.They lie about everything and take your money and tell you everything will be alright,the lady in front is the owner and she is the worst person i ever seen in my life.These people are dangerous people dont trust them .

I have now taken my Audi A8 and Ford Explorer pickup to Jose and his wonderful wife’s shop. After getting a $5K+ estimate with video from the Audi dealership, I sent the video to Jose, who said bring me the car. I did and Jose and friends fixed the problem for just over $1K and it is still fixed a year later. I recently took my Ford pickup to Solis’ shop due to a leak somewhere in the A/C system that another shop charged me for but did not fix. Jose and friends fixed that too for less that I was charged by the shop that didn’t fix the leak. Not only can this crew fix stuff at a reasonable price tag, but Jose and his wife are the nicest people ever.

I am from out of town and needed my SUV aligned. I Googled Stockton Alignments and began reading reviews. José reviews stood out I called and I was able to get a next day appointment. I was greeted nicely Vehicle was taken in quickly. He explained to me what was wrong with my wheels. He didnot try to sell me struts when I just had them replaced last year. He is honest, runs a good business and affordable pricing.I will be a repeat customer Thank you José!

Took my big rig to get an oil change and fuel filter change (more expensive than other places) came to pick it up and it wouldn’t start up anymore unless you pumped alot of diesel in and kept on trying 3 times or more. My big rig never had these issues. Jose told me that what they did had nothing to do with it not starting. Brought back the next day for him to check it out, took 3 hours they said the truck was fixed and was good to go. I left with it and drove it turned it off and it wouldn’t start yet again!! Took it to another shop they said they didn’t install fuel filter correctly they fixed the non starting issue right away. Truck was working perfectly again. Jose choose to not accept any responsibility saying they didn’t do anything wrong but yet refunds me what the other shop charged to fix it right. Its a gamble to take your business with him.

Jose at Master Alignments is your guy to deal with. He is a warm welcoming person with an extensive amount of vast experience in this Industry and at the same time he is very professional in what he is doing. Whenever I have suspension/alignment issues I straightaway call Jose to see if he can help and to my surprise he replies promptly n always available to provide an excellent service with the thorough knowledge he has about all kinds of Suspensions/alignments concerns. Our 2010 Chevy Malibu had a front-end alignment at two other places, and still pulled-hard to the right. Those mechanics said the "measurements are correct" there should be no pulling. When I took the car to Mr Solis, he had a completely different (and far better) approach--looking at the whole vehicle, and how it functions. Now, the vehicle is driving very straight. A pleasure to drive. Very fair price, and very nice people. You will not be disappointed.

After getting 4 new tires installed we needed alignment suggested by tire shop. So I went to this family owned shop for my daughters 2021 Jeep Cherokee automotive 4 wheel alignment. They were very courteous and professional did 4 wheel alignment made sure the cameras were correct for lane assist. I always look for the best job when it comes to vehicles and they were. I have been going to Jose Solis Master Alignments for over 2 years now. They have taken care of both semi truck and personal vehicle for me multiple times. They are always there and ready to work on the vehicles to get you back on the road. His staff works diligently and are experienced. If you live in the Stockton area or just traveling through, you should definitely see Jose at the shop if you need maintenance. Definitely a solid place in Stockton.

So if you are looking for an automotive repair place, alignment, brakes, etc. this is the place! For the past 3 long weeks, I was in search for an automotive repair place to work on my 22ft. motorhome locally. Several places turned me down, and others could not find NEW whole rotor hub brake units. I depend on my motorhome to stay in when I go to work in Santa Cruz on the weekends. I just want to let everyone know who took care of this problem. I was between a rock and a hard place because I couldn’t get anyone to take off my rotor hub so I could bring them into CBX for them to remove the ABS ring. Another place off of Country Club wanted $1250 to do the job, and exploratory to try to find the whole unit part that no one else could. So I looked to see where the closest automotive repair shop near CBX that the guys were telling me to bring the dismantled rotor hub units to. Taylor Automotive on É. Fremont which has damn near 5 stars reviews but still they couldn’t work on it. But they directed me to Jose Solis’ MASTER ALIGNMENT on Miner & Wilson Way. I prepared myself to pay between $1,500-2,000 because it also services freight trucks, and I felt like that being a woman I would be like the cliche of being taken. Holy guacamole!!! Jose and his wife gave me the estimate of under $700 for everything, so I had them include shocks too! Now, I’ll have new front rotors, brake pads, wheel bearings, seals, and shocks all for $1,100 with labor included! Oh and by the way, Jose worked 22 years for Brannon Tires before he LISTENED to his wife Fabiola to open up his own place, and it is thriving with grateful customers like me! Now, I will no longer have to drive the long flat way home from Santa Cruz via Moss Landing/Prunedale to Hwy 101.

The service was exceptional. Great work especially if you have a big truck or semi. Legend is that people sometimes come from out of state just to get work done here. Affordable prices. Professional work done. Had a wheel alignment done and my truck drives great. Had some suspension parts replaced and needed an alignment. Same day walk in although I don't recommend it because they are always busy because they are the best In town. I will bring all my cars and trucks here from now on. Great customer service. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
