I'm sooo glad and fully assured my car was in good hands when I brought it in for oil change today. I got to ask multiple questions and shared my concerns. Dominic and his colleagues did a great job with my car and assuring me of what needed to be done in addition to the oil change. Other service options were offered and it's good to be able to take them in consideration and make the best judgement for yourself, your budget, and your needs. I had such an excellent experience getting my oil changed today, thanks to Josh and Dom. This was my first time going on my own without my dad, so I was a little nervous, but they made the whole process so easy and comfortable. They were super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and taken care of. It honestly meant a lot to feel respected and not talked down to, especially since I'm still getting used to handling car stuff by myself. The whole experience was great, I entered the shop and I was greeted right away. The person at that time instructed me on what was going on and explained to me that it would be a few minutes until I get started. The person informed me that I would need to fill out some information and then we got started. I was impressed by the service, they went beyond my knowledge and replaced my blown out side and rear lights, thanks a lot. The service was fantastic and detailed, thanks for the superb service.

It was a long line, but their check-in system did not disappoint. Someone else said that they were there before me, but they were not - per the check-in system. Totally appreciate them getting me into the bay when it was my turn. The crew was so very nice to each other - kind and professional - not only to customers, but each other. This place seemed like a good value considering oil change prices are crazy these days. In short, they were competent and efficient. They gave me a discount from a digital coupon but 12 bucks a quart for synthetic is kinda pricey. May return but always on the lookout for better value somewhere.

There are two locations in Stockton, where I live, and I took my sons vehicle earlier this week to be serviced and the following day I took his motherâs vehicle to be serviced because Iâve been coming here for years. I have never had a problem in the Customer Service is second to none. I went to the hammer Lane location and it was packed with customers so I went over to the Jiffy Lube on West Lane and Bianchi. and as soon as I showed up here came six other people right behind me. I think itâs a testament to the Customer Service. One thing I noticed is not only are they fast and expeditious. But they are very thorough in their inspection. The two technicians that were helping me were very attentive to every single detail of my vehicle, they explained to me what needed to be done, what doesnât need to be done and at the same time weâre able to check other customers in so that theyâre not just waiting. Everybody is very polite. I was able to use my coupon. They keep accurate service records of my vehicle and I am just overwhelmingly pleased with the service they provide. Like I stated earlier, Me Me, my son, my kids, mother as well as my own mother all come to Jiffy Lube. Thank you all very much for your excellent service on the cold days, on the rainy days, and on the days where itâs above 100°. Thank you so much
