I have fix my whole entire suv in this shop , my suv has been running smooth no problems at all . I highly recommend this place specially if your on a monthly budget . The prices are so low compare to others not only that this is a real repair shop not a jiffy lube , speedy , Walmart or any oil change shop , your vehicle will be taken care of with the hands of a experience mechanic .

I came in for an AC repair. I wanted it done right for the summer heat so I thought I’d go to a professional. Brought my own part and they told me that they couldn’t give labor warranty. Understandable. Fast forward 2 weeks. My AC doesn’t work and I just don’t bother bringing it back because I agreed to the labor not being warrantied. The compressor still worked but AC is leaking constantly after 1 day. I just decided to live with the summer heat because I didn’t want to shell out another 1k+. A few months later, I have more money to bring it to someone else to get it looked at. Inspected for possible leaks and found it to be from a ripped o-ring to the compressor. They replaced the o-ring and my AC is working fine for over 3 weeks now. My issue with Ros Mastertech is that the job was clearly done poorly. I didn’t bring the car back because of the agreement we made beforehand. However, finding out that the issue was due to poor workmanship and not for a faulty part is upsetting. I understand that mistakes happen. I understand I could have gone back and gotten it looked at at the very least. I didn’t want to pay another diagnostic fee+labor for possibly the same issue. Glad I got it fixed properly from another place in the end. Also btw: I was made to pay diagnostic + repair. Not sure if AC is included within what another reviewer posted about diagnostic fee being waived with repair or not but I was charged repair + diagnostic.

Ros and Donnie handle things. They are "send and delete" people - meaning you send them what you need and they take care of it (you can delete the email because you know it's getting done). They move with honestly and integrity. They are also great at diagnosing the issues instead of those places that like to send you around on a wild goose chase or the shotgun approach to fixing your car costing you time and money... I had a leak inside my car under the dashboard every time I turned on the air or heat. When I went to the Dodge dealership, they told me it would cost $250 just to diagnose the issue, and the technicians were almost certain the heater core and AC exhaust would need to be replaced. They estimated the repair would be anywhere from $1,000–$1,500. You can imagine the gut punch I felt, especially as a mother of 3 young kids and the holidays coming up. I started calling around for quotes and was referred to Ros by a nearby mechanic. When I called him, he was honest about the estimated cost of parts and labor but also asked detailed questions about what was happening with the car. After a few more questions, he told me he believed it wasn’t the heater core at all, but likely a very simple fix. He asked me to bring the car by and made it clear he wasn’t in the business of being dishonest or price-gouging, his goal was to help people whenever he could. The next day, I stopped by, and he fixed my car in less than 15 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I literally cried on the drive home because I was so overwhelmed with gratitude. If I ever have car issues again, I will definitely be coming to Ros.
