I took my car there and spent 1800 on repairs. They kept my car for three days. A week after I got my car back my catalytic converter goes bad. Very suspicious.

My experience would relate to a very low grade. I did not get what I paid for. The car broke down within hours and during the same day I picked it from the shop after an expensive service the end the result of which was to render the car useless. I am very disappointed. Instead of standing by its work and repairing the car for an obvious workmanship mistake the shop attempted to exact even more money for new work but at such point I had lost all trust.

Jason fixed my Silverado 1500 with in less than 10 minutes. I thought I needed an alignment but I just had a loose tire. I will be taking all my work trucks for schedule maintenance. Excellent service and honest people!!!

O thought they were nice but I can't affrord to pay someone 90 dollars just to tell me what problem my vehicle has a problem that needs repair and not deduct at least 45 or 50 off of the repair price if you have it repaired at their shop. Just a thought to help those who need financial help.

Even when they told me I could wait it would only be an hour for a diagnostic test for a light on my dash it took over 2 hours before they even pulled my car in and the light was for a seatbelt malfunction that needed replacing. They wanted to charge me over $300 for a new seatbelt latch that was not even the same color. Of course I said no way and left after paying $75 for the diagnoses that was only suppose to take an hour. Also this is happening on a hot summer day and they don't even have the window AC unit going for customers. They also informed me of other issues they found adding almost another $1000 to their estimate. I was done and out the door. I took the car to another mechanic that came recommended through a friend and let me just say that new mechanic is now my go to for everything auto related. Certified dealer parts and fair labor prices and the work is done right with matching colors aka my seat belt latch.

Went for tune up and smog check. They told me how much it would be before I picked up the car. I noticed that their rates for labor were different based on the task, I thought that was cool and my car passed on the first try 👍

Rude is how I describe the owner. He told me 20 min an hour later I go in it's still isn't done. He then says 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile I'm standing outside in the rain. Due to Covid you can't wait inside. I go back in in 20 minutes he says bad news I ask him what " you pay 53.00 dollars " after I pay him he says you have had work done recently your computer not reset . You drive 50 miles come back pay 38.00 dollars and I will give you cert. Hell if I ever set foot in his shop again. I have read other reviews and it seems my experience isn't out of the norm. They are over priced and rude. I don't mind pricey if I get good fast service. The service was slow and unprofessional. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I have done business with JC Master Tech for over 30 years. I have taken many vehicles to them throughout the years and now they service my 2 Mercedes Benz and 1 Honda Civic much less than the dealers prices. I have always received premium, efficient, timely and fair services. I love Hulk and his son James because of this and they have always treated me with patience and respect. They are highly recommended.

They're real real busy today when I came in and they got me in and got me out with a new starter they did what they said they were going to do and delivered it sooner than they said. That's awesome! Extremely unhappy and a very unsatisfied customer. Sad to say this but safety is always first and this may help somebody else. I was ripped off at this place. I am never ever going back for any kind of auto service to this place. Complete rip off, scam, their only interest was milking money out of me. They will keep on recommending running fake diagnosis. They can’t fix vehicle and add to the problem instead of fixing it. My vehicle that they worked on is making strange kind of noises now. I feel they simply cannot provide honest service, and want to trap customers to further milk money out of innocent people/customer. Simply not going back because I didn’t get my vehicles properly fixed.

Alert: The skinny mechanic at this place did oil change on my car, and after this oil change, my car started leaking oil. It was his carelessness that he didn’t properly tighten the bottom bolt where the oil comes out. If your car is ruined here, nobody here will take responsibility for any wrongdoing and you will be told nothing except false blames on you and not them and all sorts of lies. I went here for a simple oil change service and then my car was ruined. Never ever before did I saw a drop of oil under my car, and this mess started after this oil change. Feeling extremely disappointed. Never ever coming back.

horrible service i took my car to get a new timing belt and water pump and they didnt time it correctly and afterwards they did a diagnostic saying it needed a tune up and after a tune up it still wasnt correct. They take 0 responsibility for their mess ups and tried charging me more to fix what they didnt do right😂🤦🏻

This place is amazing. Not only did they fix my fuel pump at an amazing price, they replaced all my over head lights that were out, with no cost and didnt even mention it to me. I didn't even know till I got into my car later that night, and I could see lol that was so cool. I love this place and highly recommend it for amazing service and amazing customer service.

This is my go to Spa for a wheel alignment. They take an hour or less depending on how busy they are. I’ve been going to them for a couple years now I even trusted them with my 2020 Ford not just my older cars. Driving away after my car was repaired. Felt so good they did a great job. They used to be $80 but now they’re $95 which is not bad because everyone else in town is the same price.

After having my car at the dealership for 2 weeks and not getting a call to check why my engine was mis firing. I took my car to this place. They were able to find the problem and had it fixed with 2 hours. And of course save me alot more mo et compared to the dealership.
