I called see see if they can check to see if my coolant leaks and the guy on the phone was very rude with me for no reason. Then he asked what car i had and i said the model then he rudely said “uh no not interested” and i said what do you mean and he responded saying we wont do ur type of car and its just an older model audi.

We popped in as our RV mechanic in Canada (Don in Chilliwack) put us in a treacherous position. In addition to a leaky roof (supposedly fixed w new roof) and cleaning of headlight covers - I found out too late that the cover wasn't put back on properly. Late review, before I knew anything about cars I took in my 2006 Nissan Maxima because the driver side window was stuck down and didn't want to roll back up. I brought it here to get it fixed which they did, because all it needed was to be readjusted cause it must of have been out of place inside the door. The owner I believe was the one taking my payment and telling me what was wrong with it, he told me my window regulator was done and that I needed a new one. He showed me the prices of a new window regulator vs a used one, which both were very expensive $250-300 plus labor, so I declined at the moment because I didn't have the money and I had a feeling he wasn't being honest with me. Before I left he also mentioned not to roll my window down because he said it wouldn't roll back up but like I said something about this guy gave me a funny feeling that he was lying to me. So when I got home, I did what he told me not to do, which is not roll down so I did roll it down because I felt as he lied to me and guess what, my window was working perfectly fine after all it need was an adjustment. This place/ the OWNER was trying to scam a 17 year old boy out of almost 300 dollars plus labor. Did my research also to come to find out a window regulator with the motor is only between 40 to a hundred dollars depending on how cheap you want it. I just couldn't believe it. Ever since I learned how to work on my own cars. Cant trust shady mechanic shops like this. Please do your research before going to any mechanic shop before you get ripped off like they tried to do me. Thank the lord for getting me out of there.

Took my 05 tundra to get fixed my secondary air valve bank 1 and 2 where stuck open, scanned the truck my self knew what the problem was. Took it to Ed did a ok job got the job done price was ok, went to go pick the truck up started it noticed it was making a ticking noice, mind you this truck had never had a problem in its life everything is kept up and maintained. We ask Ed what’s the ticking noise he got all defensive saying they didn’t do anything not his fault it’s ticking, that it’s a lifter issue and it’s common in tundras ok go home do my research turns out it’s not a lifter issue. that seems suspicious why he got all defensive about it. Ok payed for the job took the truck home. Next day check engine light comes on ok weird cylinder 2,4,5,6,7,8 have a misfire. Never had any issues with this truck until we took it here.

By far one of the more honest shops I've been to. When I was dropping off my car, one of the guys did a fix for an elderly lady for her lights, he didn't charge her anything. As for me, I was told I didn't need a diagnostic test done as most places require it. Saved at least 150 bucks. If I need any future repairs, I'm coming back

I have been coming to North Stockton Auto for a few years now. They have kept me on the road reliably since 2019. Ed and his team are so honest, forthright, and fair, which is rare nowadays. We were driving from BC to LA, near Stockton, the Check Engine light of our Ford Transit Cargo Van suddenly came on, and we noticed a significant loss of power when going uphill. Concerned about safety, we didn’t dare to continue driving and google guided us to this location. They immediately arranged an inspection for our vehicle and determined that the engine itself was fine and that the issue was likely due to a rusted exhaust converter unit, causing occasional exhaust blockage, but it wouldn’t affect driving safety. Then they cleared the warning for us, and kindly recommended a nearby shop to repair the exhaust—and they didn’t charge us a single cent! Thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, we were able to make it to our scheduled event on time that day and later completed our return trip safely. The service from this repair shop left us feeling incredibly grateful and reassured. Their honesty, expertise, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive assistance!
