If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would. I got into an accident in OCTOBER and it’s APRIL now and my car still isn’t fixed. Before their excuse was “parts are on back order due to covid” turned out BOB didn’t even fully check the car to which parts were needed. So I had to drive an 2 hours to get there each time twice to get my car fixed. Before it was even fixed I told BOB that my sensor is showing malfunction sign and to make sure it doesn’t when I pick it up. Guess what? It was there again. Very unorganized, unprofessional, unable to communicate effectively staff.

Pull up at the door - give a lite honk and and door opens and you pull in. I was greeted at the desk and filled out some paperwork and in 10 minutes had my estimate. Jeremy was so nice and professional. They are busy like all repair shops in Kenosha so be patient if they can't get you in - it's worth the wait for their friendly service. Thank you guys

I just want to say how happy I am with the service I received at Gerber Collision in Kenosha, WI. Bob was amazing to work with. I am a brand new customer to their shop, and he went above and beyond for me. I had an accident on 4/26/21 and this body shop was one in a list of three places my car insurance provider gave me to chose from to get my car repaired. Not knowing anything about this place I chose it because it was close to my work. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for an honest and friendly place to get service done. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future!

Had them work on my Honda Civic for a front body damage. Service was done on time and professionally. Bob and other staff members were very professional and went out of their way to get things done in timely manner so I wouldn’t have to pay for rental out of my pocket. I brought my car here after I was rear ended. Friendly staff, but my battery suspiciously died while my car was in their care. They also never replaced the LE on my Camry which I was told multiple times that they will call me when they receive the letters. This was back in Aug. 2023. I question why the LE was removed and not just replaced since that portion of my car was not affected by the accident.

I literally never write reviews but I felt the need to write this review because they made everything so painless and easy. They are all so professional. When I needed to get my truck repaired in February they were fast and efficient. A problem arose and a part was on back order for a few months. They kept me up to date with it and when the part did come in they were able to make the repair as quick as possible. Would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any of your collision and glass needs

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP-I wish I could give zero stars! I took my car in for repairs to the right front passenger door of my car - which is 2 years old and was in perfect condition (besides the new dent that needed to be fixed). When I was told it was ready & I picked it up, which was at the end of the day on a Friday. I took care of the paperwork & was sent on my way. I was not shown my car before I left - I wish I had looked at it! While driving home I noticed a white substance all over the inside of the windshield! As I looked around I saw it all over the INTERIOR of my car in random places. When I got home & parked I saw that it was literally all over the car - in the back seat, on the inside of all of the windows, the dashboard, the speedometer display, even inside the air vents! It was splattered on the floor boards, inside all of the door jams, in the cup holders, inside the tiny circular sound system holes! I was unbelievably upset! I called Gerber before they closed that same day to find out what happened. The manager said he had no idea about what I was describing but I could bring it back the following week and they'd take care of it. When I took it back, he looked at it & said it was nothing that could have happened there! He said "maybe you don't remember it being like this when you brought it in"!! It was absolutely NOT like that when I brought it in!! He did try to clean it off, while acting like he was doing me a favor! He had to use a razor blade to get whatever it is off the inside of the windshield! I asked him to speak with the worker who did the repair to the door-to try to find out what happened & the manager wouldn't do that. I left after an hour, still not knowing what happened & it STILL not being right. The next day, the white stuff was back on all of the places he wiped it off from! I still have no idea what the white stuff is or how to get it cleaned off! I wish I NEVER took my car there! They did not even do a great job fixing the dent! He told me to go back in 6 months and they'd try buffing it! They ruined my car, and they lied about it!!

I am truly amazed at the courtesy and customer service I received from Jeremy as well as the rest of the staff I came in contact with. I had an issue with my splash guard that needed to be replaced. Jeremy explained my options and was upfront and honest with the estimates. I ultimately bought the part independently and Jeremy and his staff put it on for me at no charge!! I couldn't believe it! There are truly good people and companies out there who aren't trying to nickel and dime their customers and Gerber is one of those companies! I appreciate the entire staff for all you do and the respect and good service that you provide. Thank you so very much!

Bad experience i bring my wife truck to repair from a car accident i have to wait 6 months for a front grill and in the first week wen get the truck back from the shop I part came off i bring the truck to the shop to let them know is been almost 2 months and still waiting for the part of my truck I feel bad because my insurance company paid really good and they don’t do a good service. If you’re looking for somewhere to cosmetically fix your car, this place is decent, although I highly recommend anywhere else for any mechanical fix. I brought my car here after a side swipe accident where they made it look all better and told me everything was fixed. Pros: - Extremely friendly staff - Cosmetic work isn’t bad Cons: - I had to go back several times due to shifting panels/ pressure gauge not calibrated/ more shifting panels/ random noises - My car was in no way mechanically fixed, I’ve spent nearing 1k after to get things fixed that should have been Edit: previously I posted this review and deleted it, as I thought it was too harsh, now I’m spending much more money to get more things fixed.

When I came in they took me in right away. My vehicle was done pretty quickly and they kept me informed the whole time. They are about as expensive as typical auto body shops. No mistakes and it was done right the first time. Thanks!
