I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only was my car fixed flawlessly and returned ahead of the quoted schedule, they also were the most cost-effective in town. They stayed up to date with calls and text about status of my vehicle. Cleaned the vehicle before returning to me. Just am excellent staff and company. Bonus was talking football with Casey! :) Would highly recommend 👌

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision and Glass in West Melbourne. The workmanship was top-notch and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they complete the repairs on my car in a timely manner, but they went above and beyond to get my car back to me earlier than estimated. From the moment I walked in the door, the team at the body shop was professional and attentive to my needs. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and provided me with a detailed estimate of the repairs that were needed. They even went so far as to provide me with regular updates on the progress of the repairs, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of car repairs.

Gerber Collision and Glass has truly blown me away! You don't get service like this these days. I dropped off my car with the manager who was friendly and efficient, very easy drop off and Enterprise was there to give me a rental. April checked in with me numerous times to update me on the status of my vehicle and expected completion time. They went above and beyond my expectations and I can't say enough about Gerber and every employee there. Chris brought my hood and headlights back from the dead! This place is amazing, old fashioned friendly customer service with modern detail and expertise. I am so thankful for them bringing my car back, I am so happy!

Unfortunately I had 2 different vehicles that needed repair. Both were initially returned to me without the job being completed. They just do not seem to have the attention to detail needed. I would look at another option for your vehicle repair needs

Gerber collision on Vickie cir is amazing. I received updates twice a week on our vehicle while it was being repaired. Their customer service is top notch. When it was time to pick up our car they offered to return our rental car back to enterprise for us. 10/10 best place!!!

I had a nightmare experience at this location. Brought my car there for body damage repair after an accident. (The car was still driveable with no problem). First, the original written estimate of 5 days to do the repairs immediately became 9 days for some unknown reason when I received the first online update after dropping the car off on my appointment day. Then, after 6 DAYS of my car being there, they call me to notify me that they found additional damage when removing the panels. (After 6 days? Shouldn't they have been looking for this on Day 1 or 2?) They tell me they have to wait now for the insurance company to approve repairs on the additional damage before they can start the work. I heard nothing else from Gerber for 3 more days. So I called them to check on the status of my vehicle. I am told that they still have not heard from the insurance company, so I now need to call the insurance company (Allstate) myself. I called Allstate who said they had no idea that Gerber was waiting for additional approval. It took an additional 3 days after that for Allstate to do an assessment, and Lo and Behold, my car now needed to be totalled. After 12 DAYS of Gerber having my vehicle, this is now the outcome. Folks, there are lots of great independent auto body repair shops in Brevard County. I suggest taking your vehicle to one of those places instead. I sure regret that I didn't.

I received an estimate of over $4,400 to repair a minor incident with my front passenger door that had a few dents but they wanted to change the whole door. I eventually found someone else very professional who fixed the problem and did a great job for less than a quarter of what this place was asking. They wanted me to involve my insurance but I didn’t want to. So if you ask yourself why car insurance is getting more and more expensive is because of places like this.

I truly wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this shop. The staff members themselves are very kind and respectful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Less than six months after they worked on my Toyota RAV4, the tint on one window (one of only two doors they repaired) began to peel. When I asked about it, I was given the runaround and told it was probably “cheap tint from the manufacturer” — even though my car was purchased brand new in 2020 and none of the other windows have ever had an issue. The problem only appeared after they worked on it. Not to mention, I had to go back right after the repair because they didn’t put my rain guard back on properly. They tried to fix it with new adhesive, but because of the way they reattached the door, it still won’t stay on. I was never able to get it fixed properly after that. To make matters worse, the paint they redid is already chipping, and it hasn’t even been a year since the repair. Before bringing my RAV4 to them, I never had a single issue with the paint. On top of that, they had to readjust my hood because there was such a large gap on one side that I could literally fit my fingers through it. It’s hard to believe all of this is just a coincidence. Unfortunately, this shop doesn’t seem willing to take responsibility for the issues that occurred after their work. Unless you want to deal with excuses and subpar results, I wouldn’t recommend trusting your car to this shop.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Gerber. I have been dealing with them since February 2025 and now I am having to get an attorney involved with enough pictures and documentation to do so. Back in February my 80k car went into their shop. Over a month later we call to get an update regarding the parts for my car. Come to find out Sandy forgets to order the parts because she wrote everything on a piece of paper instead of entering it into the computer. When the parts finally come in and I get my car into the shop, we had left the car there for about two weeks and the car smelled terrible. We had documentation from Gerber and pictures that my car was left completely clean. Come to find out as we’re dealing with the insurance company and Gerber, there was a raccoon that got into my vehicle that peed and pooped all over the car ripped my rug ripped my kids toy in the vehicle and they had the balls to make a joke about a raccoon smoking a meth pipe - noted this is an $80,000 car. To rectify the situation Casey took the car to Car detailer who couldn’t get the smell out who also wrecked the AC unit scratching the whole inside, which we then had have Kia replace. Casey paid to have my car detailed from someone that I wanted and paid for rug the was messed up. The raccoon also scratched the Leather of my vehicle. This team later on had the balls to then change their story to progressive and me that there was a bottle and a rat maybe in the car which was not true. Progressive now told me they heard three different stories from this team. After that we took the car back in it was missing some clips in the front of the bumper and it is really wobbly. They said they were going to order it and I haven’t heard from them in months. I called about three weeks ago and was promised a call back from Katie and Casey and that hasnt happened with all that has taken place. I have now decided to sue. Better have your best attorneys on stand by!
