This place was AWSOME! Steve Cuahuizo was my estimator and he gave me the best service. Fixed my car perfect. Met all my budget needs for which I am so grateful (He didn't know I had a budget). He was very kind and considerate and conducted business professionally. The front desk lady was also very professional and friendly. I am very happy with the service I received here. I am mixed on my review because I did not choose this place, it was recommended by Statefarm. I dropped it off on a Saturday and by Thursday, I still did not have an estimate. I did not have the time to leave my car there for weeks on end, so I finally called and said I would be picking the car up with nothing done because every day, they promised to get to it. I am not sure why the folks working in the office are not trained to do the estimates...I took my car somewhere else and got an estimate the same day, they ordered the bumber, it came in the following day, painted it, and had it put on in less time than my car was just sitting at Gerber. Don't take your car here unless you have rental insurance and time to wait. To be fair, the people in the office were friendly, professional, and they did wash my car after it had just been sitting outside.

Probably the worst collision repair locations I have ever been to. I had to get repairs done, bumper, and undercarriage. When I picked up my car, I didn’t notice, but there was missing parts. There were multiple clips that were not replaced. There were screws holding in the fender liner that were missing. my radiator cover was missing. They offered to replace, but the last thing i ever want to do is set foot in there again. Aside from that, the replacement bumper does not fit properly. It continues to pop out from beneath the headlight, and the paint is now being rubbed off due to friction from the headlight on that piece of bumper. When I returned to the office, they had told me they could not do anything about the bumper. It seemed like they did not want to be responsible for the repairs of the bumper. it’s been less than a year, and I take my car to get serviced. All the clips and screws were replaced by Toyota. However, I was told there are still pieces from the undercarriage that were missing, pieces were not OEM replacements AS I REQUESTED Gerber office staff looked at me as if I was stupid for asking for OEM replacements. I was told the Chinese replacements were just as good. This to say, stay away.

I cannot say enough good things about this outstanding company, the services and the wonderful staff! After my minor fender bender, from start to finish, my experience with this auto repair shop was fantastic! The repairs were done superbly and completed expeditiously. Nick and Terry are both superstars as they flawlessly moved the repair process along and kept me updated on a regular basis. When I received my car back, it was even detailed inside and out. The cherry on top was the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off my rental car at the same location. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE After having my truck broken into, I brought my truck to Gerber collision(State Farm sent me here as a “direct repair” facility). They had to fix dents/dings/scratches on several panels from the thieves. The window track on the right rear door had been damaged from the window being broken out (I had the glass put in from elsewhere just to have it done quickly prior to bringing it to gerber) After 5-6 weeks, and several delays, I got my truck back and was astounded by how bad some of this came out. There were several high spots in the clear coats with drips in it, orange peel on the right side doors that they had to repaint, paint overspray on the windshield, and 2 windows they had to “work on” no longer rolled up and down correctly. The right rear door would not open. The right rear door was full of broken glass still from the robbery. After a go-back trip, they returned the truck to me with a bad “polish” job to try and fix the issues in the clear coat. There is also this white powder (bondo) that I keep finding all over the truck from the repairs in the shop. I’m not sure what they tried to clean this vinyl with, but it is streaked with white. The fender badge is also caked in this stuff. Today is the first day I’ve had the truck clean and in the sunlight, and to say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement, they did a poor job blending the pain from the right rear door onto the cab, and they look like 2 different colors. The right rear door is still full of glass. Must have been this body tech’s first week, as this work is not good. I am open to them wanting to correct these issues, but this is unbelievable that they sent some of this stuff back to customers that are in over $4,000.

Someone tried to steal our Kia. State Farm sent us to Gerber Collision for repair. The communication was excellent. I was notified of each step and progress throughout the repair. The car was in the shop for one month and six days. The repair seem flawless. The only issue was that there is still millions of pieces of the shattered window glass all over inside the car. I assumed a good vacuuming was included in the $100 glass clean up charge. That was disappointing, but otherwise we had a good experience.

**UPDATE** I was able to pick up my vehicle after the few fixes, and it looks great! The paint is back to it's normal shine and looks like it did pre-wreck They went above and beyond to ensure that everything looked good and I was completely satisfied this time around. Hoping I can re-write this after they fix my vehicle. It was a wait to get my car in, then they pushed back the estimated completion, understandable with the parts and labor shortages, but when my car was 'ready for pick up,' I was not happy with the work that was done. The new paint had dust and dirt particles in it which gave it more of a matte finish than the rest of the vehicle, the areas that were supposed to be fixed had multiple cracks in the paint, and there was a new 6" scratch in an area where they weren't even working. I let them know I was concerned about an electrical harness being pinched and shorting, they said they couldn't even look at it, but have let my new (6 month old battery) die while in their shop and tried to tell me it's normal🙄. The staff seems helpful and nice, but I got the feeling that they hoped I wouldn't look at my vehicle before accepting it back. Since their work is warrantied through insurance, they kept my vehicle to re-paint it and put me back into a rental. Again, really hoping they get it right the next time around and I can update this review. Before and after pics attached.
