Went in for 4 new tires and front and rear breaks. Christian helped me out, and delivered above and beyond customer service. My entire experience was 1000/10. The staff worked quickly and efficiently and returned my car like new. Everything was explained in detail and I was updated thoroughly as the process went by. I started going to Big Brand Tire & Service because of how the heat was affecting my tires. When I got a nail in my tire, Christian explained that patching my tire would be for a lifetime and did not sell me a new tire, although I insisted, and walked me through how patching a tire would ensure the longevity of it. They patched my tire in fifteen minutes and it's been smooth sailing since. Both Chris and Christian are direct, transparent if you have questions, and provide honest recommendations, especially when maintenance is needed or upcoming. I will be coming back for maintenance on my car and I am glad that I came in and asked for help when I needed it.

I called around prior to scheduling an appointment. I let them know year, make , model of vehicle for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. Was told $93, I let them know that another company was offering a 20% Off Coupon for a 1st Time Customer and asked if they could match it. Was told yes they could so I scheduled an appointment anticipating $70-$75 after Discount. That is what I was quoted at 3 other places for a Full Synthetic. Well after it took over an hour (other places with the quotes also was told 10 to 20 minutes in and out). The Bill comes to $91. Not very happy about the switch as I would have easily just gone to 1 of the other 3 Places and had quicker service. Chose to give Big Brand a Chance but am not happy for the uptick of price or the length of time especially since I had an appointment (was not just a drive in).

I made an appointment for an oil change for what should maybe be an hour at most. I let the staff know I had other plans and they reassured me it would be an hour in a half max. After waiting for that amount of time they still didn't have my car pulled in and they told me it would be another 30 minutes until they could start it. When you make an appointment it should be done in a timely fashion horrible business do not recommend them!!

Driving into Vegas on NYE we had the dreadful low pressure tire light come on. We got off the freeway and searched the closest tire place lucky for us Big Brand Tire and Service was close by. We arrived with in minutes of closing and the crew took care of us with a smile. They saved the day and our night. Great establishments do still exist and they treat their customers right. I was driving with a donut because i drove over a pothole and the pothole popped my tire. Today my son dad called the company asking them if they can see me. They said yes. It was about 30 minutes before closing. They found the tire size for my car. Me and my son dad came in. They finished the tire change within 20 min. Amazing service!!!!!! Thank you so much for helping me with my car tire. My car was also a big mess so i apologize and they did not judge my messy car. This is now my new favorite place! I will start changing all my tires here and i might even get my brakes fixed here. They did such an excellent job. I was surprised when they finished within 20 min. They even put the donut back inside of my trunk on the inside and guys i have a mess in my trunk so they literally lifter my mess and put the donut underneath. I usually do that part myself because i get so embarrassed and its heavy caz of my mess. I love this place. As a messy ADHD women who cant wait for a long time i recommend this place 100%%

Great place to go if you want your car fixed correctly, Cristian Helped me out with all my issues and was very patient and explained everything that I needed to get fixed and in the order I should get it done for maximum results. Jose was really great in explaining how everything happened and what to do to prevent future problems and issues without wasting any money or time. If you're looking for a place to get your car fixed that will actually fix it and not give you any BS results I recommend going to this Big Brand Tire on Washington and Lamb right next to the gas station and Roberto's. I will be returning very soon to get the rest of my car fixed and running like new. Thanks again for everything and God Bless you for everything 😊😁😊. If it wasn't for them I would have broken down on the side of the road so I'm so thankful that they were able to help me out and get my Fuel Pump fixed. We love the transparency Big Brand has for their customers - they are always straight forward with you and will never try to sneak on things you don’t need like some shops will. I come from a family of great mechanics, but getting older, they aren’t working on vehicles anymore. After trial and error, Big Brand has been our favorite. I visited big brand tires again. My experience was awesome. I wanted my brake cylinders painted. They look fantastic. It took a long time but it was worth it. Christian was my initial contact. He is super knowledgeable, professional and kept me informed with status the duration of my appt. I didn't personally meet my tech but he was very skillful in his performance. He also checked all aspects of my vehicle to secure my safety and the safety of any passengers I may have. I will be back. Any car needs go by big brand tires ask for Christian and tell him Victoria sent you. You won't be disappointed. Thanks to the entire big brand crew.

Didn’t know these guys from Adam and I’m a local born and raised. I hit a curb at a Las Vegas construction site and damaged the strut and control arm on my car. It was really traumatic and it was eased by Jose at the store on Lamb in Las Vegas. He was very accommodating. He explained to me the damage that I had done, showed me the damage, and came up with a solution that fit my budget. I was very pleased with his help and the repairs were done in about 3 hours. I took my car on a 50 mile test drive after the service. I went on rough streets and freeways, and I actually believe that it's driving better than beforeI hit the curb. I recommend this store to anybody in need of good service.

Awesome and fast did not have to keep my rental a extra day and done the same day for lower control arms and suspensions wow! Amazing!! They fixed all this far as my back brakes, rotors, and rubbing noise on front passenger side they took this cover off and zip tied it up higher, so it is not rubbing against the wall around my rim and tires👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
