My red 2011 Corvette Grand Sport was vandalized. Took it to Gerber Collision and was pretty well taken care of. Ryan handled my claim and was very helpful and friendly. The paint work was well done. UPDATE: I initially gave a 5 star rating but have lowered it to only 2. When I had picked my car up, it did (and still does) look great. But after getting the car back I noticed three things wrong: passenger door molding improperly installed, more noise coming from the passenger side rear, and rocker panel not properly attached to the underbody frame. I was able to fix the molding but they should have paid more attention to this. I did not notice the rocker panel improperly attached until recently (9 months later). The increased noise, I had told them about this the day I picked the car up and took a ride with a technician but there was nothing to do. Turns out there is a large bag of foam that it placed in the rear wheel well from the factory. Gerber did not re-install this during the repair. Again, I only found out about this very recently and I will be fixing this myself. Attention to detail is important in paint and body and Gerber failed.

Took our Jeep in for front end repair after we hit a deer. Everyone we dealt with on the phone and in person was EXTREMELY polite, professional, and helpful. Customer communication is excellent. They were understanding of our desire to use OEM parts and worked with the insurance company to make it happen. They accommodated our desire to get the work done quickly but without compromising the quality of the work. Repairs were done well and you'd never know the car had been damaged. Would return for sure and highly recommend!

I took my Jeep in for repair. They gave me a quote and I scheduled the repair. They did fine work and was on time. The lady out front was courteous. Their was apparently confusion about the estimate and when I picked the car up the bill was higher. They told me they had forgotten some charges and added them on at pick up. I told them I was not pleased and they made a partial adjustment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way they handled it on the survey I received a call from the General manager. He was very nice and explained that was not the way they did business and refunded the rest of the charge. I was extremely impressed with the professional way it was handled on all counts. I would recommend this Gerber location as strongly as possible. They made me an advocate for their business. I strongly recommend this shop. Thank you again. Steve Gabbard

Not Recommended – Poor Service and Quality I chose this company because their quote was slightly cheaper than another shop’s—unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. From the start, the experience was disorganized and frustrating. The person who gave me the quote barely spoke to me and provided no clear information about when my car would be ready. When I picked up my car, I had to return it less than 24 hours later because the bumper was already falling off. They did take it back and attempted to fix the issue, but told me that if it happened again, they might need to add a bracket. Sure enough, a month later, the problem returned. When I brought it back in, they said I’d need to pay additional charges to fix what should have been done right the first time. Looking back, I should’ve spent the extra $40 and gone with the other company. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—go elsewhere.

Should honestly have an option to give this place a 0. I don’t know if the quality is going down or if they’re just hiring absolute buffoons, but good god they’re irresponsible and reckless with vehicles. Recently went in to get some easy dents fixed on my hood, just wanted an estimate. I don’t want to play this card, but as a woman going into an auto body shop already has some flags going off, and getting completely taken advantage of in this day and age is ludicrous. Like come on. Completely destroyed and took apart the front half, and now claim they can’t put it back together because of the damage???! Ridiculous. Go to the other locations or just don’t go at all!

Adam was great! Very good public relations. Nice and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the work that needed to be done. Excellent work done on my truck. However the tint on my driver side window got scratch in the process and Adam made it right. He sent me to get it replaced and Gerber paid it. I’d recommend Gerber to anyone that wants a good professional job done on their vehicles. Here again, Adam was GREAT!!!

Horrible place. They charged my insurance $10,000 to fix a side mirror and door. A month later when I shut my door, the mirror completely fell off and shattered. My Toyota emblem randomly fell off and I didn’t notice till I was cleaning snow off my car and it was randomly gone. They said I hit something but the marks had been there 3 years prior and I have proof of all of this. They told me they would fix the mirror BUT I HAVE TO PAY $50,( the mirror is $15 at AutoParts) even though it was their mistake to begin with. I would NEVER recommend this place. There is also missing parts to my car after getting it back from them. ALSO! They quoted me $1400 for a HEADLIGHT when Ulmers right next door quoted me not even HALF of that. The better business bureau will be getting a claim. Never in my life have a been to Worse place. Good luck to anyone who gets their car fixed here, you will be back and they will continue to charge you for their mistakes. I have read very similar reviews as well. My insurance will be reaching out to them to dispute the charges because the work was never properly done and way overcharged.

Adam did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do, what they would have to take apart, and a rough estimate of completion. It came back perfectly painted and blended, even though it was only a scratch, I will attach a before & after picture as I am very satisfied with the car’s work. However, I don’t enjoy giving a not-so-nice review, but I am knocking one star off due to the front desk lady’s demeanor being kind of off-putting. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind, but once I went to drop my car off, the lady working the evening shift was not very personable or friendly. Can’t expect perfection, but I do expect some sort of customer service and it did fall short of my expectations. Handled billing the insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing, very thankful for that! Thank you to Adam and his team for excellent repairs.

Do not recommend, go elsewhere. Received quotes for the same side mirror repair from this Gerber location as well as the Dalton Street Cincinnati location. Per the attached, Southgate somehow came up with a price double that of the Dalton St location? Good try with the nice neighborhood price hike/chump tax.
