Steve and the guys are great. The guys are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and the prices are more then reasonable.They always try to get things done in a sensible amount of time. Once you come here you basically become a lifer because honestly no other place even compares. Never in my life did I think my autoshop would become part of my Christmas card list, but they really make you feel like part of family. Would recommend over and over again.

Steve Pangallo is an up-front and honest mechanic. I can count on one hand the number of those I've dealt with in my time. Been using his services for the better part of 15 years and 4 different cars. Never have I felt like I over paid or was taken advantage of. In fact, there have been several times that I'm pretty sure I was under charged but Steve insisted that I didn't need to pay more. If you live in the area, I cannot recommend his shop more. You're in good hands with Steve and his guys.

I always feel safe after I have work done on my car here, this is of upmost importance, not only for me but for others too. Being a Kia Optima owner we have to do more maintenance on this car then most other cars, especially with the GDI engine. Steve and his mechanic crew have never let me down. Stopped in to get my car looked at because my normal place was booked out for a few days. Called on Thursday and had a diagnostic appt Friday afternoon. Steve and his team were nice enough to replace my starter (a 4 hour job) with no repair appointment on a busy day. As a single female there are very few shops I’m comfortable going to alone, but the prices were fair and they never tried to sell me on anything else. They also seemed to know most of their customers by name which is rare these days. I’ll continue going here!

The owner took my car for a drive to test what was wrong with it, that’s when I knew he was a great mechanic. Most just look at it and give you many different things it could be, he was able to tell me exactly what it was. He was honest with me and gave me advice of what to do and what not to do with my car. One of the mechanics also changed the fuse for my taillight and got that working. All without asking for a dime. Truly a rare shop and such a blessing to find when you’re new to an area and have no idea what to expect.

I stopped by the shop to see about having someone look at my Jeep Cherokee on 12/26 since the bay door was open. However, they had closed at noon that day. But Evan, who was there working on his own vehicle with his grandfather, asked me what I needed and proceeded to see what codes my Jeep was throwing, talked to me about the best things to do, checked my oil (since Valvoline screwed up the sticker) and was overall just so helpful when he didn't have to be, this was his time. I now have an appointment on the 7th, I do not expect that I will be treated any less than how I was treated by Evan. So far, Pangallo's seems to be my new go to place!
