This place is absolutely the worst shop in Tulsa. Had them work on my truck after an Accident happened. They had someone break into their “secured lot” and attempt to bust out my window on my truck. They replaced my window and retinted the window. But now I can’t even open up the driver side door to get into my truck. They refuse to take responsibility for the lock and fix it. So if you want to have a bigger repair cost after you get your vehicle back take it here. I would never recommend this place due to the horrible management at this location.

I had a vehicle totalled out a couple years ago in a really bad hail storm and took my (new) csr here. Even though it was a total loss, and they didn't actually work on my car. The process was very smooth and very quick. And I had to apply minimal effort. I actually hit a dear about a week ago on my way to work. And I just took my car there for an estimate. I am pleased with the estimate, so hopefully, this process is a smooth as the last.

Just got my car back today and it looks brand new! I'm so thankful my dad recommended this place to me. The whole process of getting my bumper, door and wheel cover fixed was so smooth. Gerber worked with the insurance company and sent text updates every week about the status of my car. They even replaced a special decal I had on my door and it looks exactly like the one on the that was on other side of the car. 11/10 I recommend!

They did a pretty good job at repairs. Looked brand new. The first week I got my car back, my sensor fell off in the area they repaired. I waited to review them because I wanted to see if anything else would break. No other issues so far. The Sensor falling out wasn't really a big deal. Had to take off the rear bumper and reinstall the sensor myself. It would have been nice if there were zero issues to begin with. Docking a star because unfortunately it wasnt a flawless repair. Overall, not bad!
