Mr. Gil is not only a Good mechanic, he is a Good Man and Human being, i had an issue with my car and most mechanics were closed around my area that day, he helped me out and was able to spot another underlying problem that i was unaware of, he kept me informed of everything he went through and was very transparent about All details. And after all the trouble he went through and working over an hour on my Vehicle he didn't charge me because it was Christmas!

I’ve been going to Mr Gil’s for over two years. I drive all the way from Charlotte because I believe when he fixes anything on my vehicle it is done right. He was recommended by a good friend and she was totally right. This is the best place to go for service. I never worry about the work done on my vehicle. It’s always top level. The check engine light came on in my Kia. Everywhere else I went it kept coming back on. I took it to him no problem since. He changed the belt on my vehicle as well. They never recommend unnecessary work. I trust him with everything.

Had some car troubles recently and was told by AAA that I needed all sorts of repairs that were going to basically total the car. I took it to Gil for a second opinion and he got me back on the road in a matter of days and at a price I was comfortable with. Through the whole ordeal he was extremely transparent, opened the hood in front of me to show me what was really going on, and confirmed that the major issue AAA was quoting me for was actually not an issue at all! I really appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell me at all, in fact he did the opposite, he was transparent about what was causing my car to break down and needed to be fixed and what repairs were preventative, then let me decide what work I wanted done, no scare tactics and no dishonesty. This was the first time I went to a mechanic and felt confident I was not being scammed. I highly recommend him! My car has been out of the shop for a week and drives smoothly! Thank you Gil!

Gil's was friendly and easy to work with. My inspection turn around was quick and easy. Update 08-25-25 Gilbert was able to turn around my wife's Subaru's wheel hub replacement in 4 hours. We had it towed over the weekend and it's already completed. Outstanding effort honestly.
