We were heading to Heritage Landing on lunch when something blew the back tire of our car. We carefully drove to Ginman because it was about a block away. Pulled into a very busy parking lot. Someone came out to help right away. They found a large part of a spring had pierced the tire. Tire was replaced immediately and we got back to work just a little bit late. So grateful for their squeezing us in and getting us taken care of quickly. Great staff, great service and much cheaper than the dealership was going to charge us. Pics of bad tire.

This is an old school quality business. I would know as I own one also. The story of the service isn't normal as I was pulling a heavy triple axle trailer and had a blowout on US31 around Hart. I had a spare tire but no way to change it so luckily there was an autobody service station right there who put it on for me. Well, bad luck as another tire blew out at the Whitehall exit. Now I don't have a spare and it's 4:45pm. Bad luck. Fortunately Julie answered the phone when I called, checked, had a tire, and quoted me the emergency rate to come from Muskegon to replace it. It was a very reasonable charge and I thought, well, I wonder if they have two tires so I can have a functional spare. They did. Then I thought, well it would really "blow" to have a THIRD tire go out so I asked Julie if she could just replace four of the old tires so I'd make it to my destination. With very little hesitation she said they had four tires and would do it as their technician didn't mind the extra work. So, in a short time Thomas showed up, having loaded the tires and driven up from Muskegon to Whitehall. You know you have a great technician when I started to apologize for having him work so late and he say's "It's no problem, I love my job - I really do!" Thomas worked hard and consistently to replace the four tires and get me back on the road. The trailer really pulled much smoother after the install and I'm confident this problem is OVER. Thank you Julie, Thomas, and Gilman tire for getting me home.

I had my very first visit here 5 days ago. They are extremely busy, but were able to get me in within a couple of weeks, for a set of new tires. On the phone, I spoke with Julie from the front desk. She was very nice, knowledgeable and so helpful. The day of my appointment, they got my truck in right away and said it would be about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. It didn't even take them an hour to get all 4 tires mounted and squared away.. Everyone at Ginman was so very nice. They even found some slight "issues" with my vehicle and even though they weren't capable of fixing those problems, they told me exactly what was wrong that I needed fixed and even suggested a couple of places where I could take my truck to get it fixed! I have NEVER had a mechanic do that before! I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service I received here and I most certainly will NOT be going anywhere else in my future! They let me stop in at my convenience for the retorque and when I thought there was an issue with my front tires this morning, they got me right in to check into it (this was my blonde moment for the Day and there was nothing they did wrong lol) but they were quick to want to make things right and look into it. I appreciated that so much more than they know! They even give you a window cling to remind you when you need to have your tires rotated! They definitely care about their customers and the work they do, you can tell by the pride they put into it and the fact that they were so busy, tells me that I am not the only one who knows they are great at what they do! I highly recommend them for anything you need done that they are capable of doing! GO TO GINMAN!! I'm telling everyone I know to do the same! If I could give them ten stars, I would!!! They're the best!

Honest, old-school business you can trust! Ginman Tire is the real deal. They give you out-the-door pricing with no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch, and no games — just straightforward honesty like businesses used to be when a person’s word and a handshake meant something. Julie at the front desk is absolutely wonderful to work with: friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. They were packed solid because of the Michigan winter rush and couldn’t get my tires mounted when I needed, but they still went out of their way to program my TPMS sensors and make sure I wasn’t stuck. That kind of customer service is rare these days. 10/10 — highly recommend Ginman Tire!
