The young man was very informative and quick when replacing the glass. I live in a state that owners are required to have state inspection stickers. This was one of my big concerns of what to do because the sticker is still valid. He scraped it off the window before leaving and gave it to me. Instead of trying to put it back on I''ll just get the car reinspected.

I have been trying to get the tailgate window and all necessary parts installed to factory specifications. They brought the wrong glass the first time and had to order the correct window. They installed the correct window, but refused to order and install the additional parts attached to, and necessary, for the window to work properly. I ordered the parts, and now they want to charge me for installation! Bottom line…THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB! I have an appointment at Glockner Ford on July 7th for them to finish the job! The vehicle is a 2017 Ford Expedition, which SHOULD NOT be a problem getting and installing the necessary parts in a timely manner!

I had my front windshield replaced at my residence which was easy to set up and hassle free. However, after a short while I noticed a small air leak when driving at higher speeds. Mistakes happen and Glass America was eager to fix the problem. The follow up appointment was easy to set up, and they remedied the issue within 30-45 minutes with it all being under warranty. I would definitely recommend their services to other people!

I was referred by allstate to replace my windshield. I went to the Winchester WV location to get it replaced. Everything was done super fast which was cool but immediately after I left I had to go get my car reinspected to get my WV sticker back . I failed because the tech that installed the windshield did not put the wiper blade bolts back on. I had to wait an hour and a half for an inspection that would have taken 20 if this hadn’t happened. I could have paid the shop $50 bucks to reinstall new ones but this wasn’t fair to me beings I had just paid that tech $250 to install my windshield. When I called glass america to ask if they would just pay the $50 or reimburse me so I could be on my way they refused and asked me to just wait for the technician to show up to the shop I was getting my State Inspection done to install the bolts . This was super inconvenient for me as I had already planned my day and now had to sit and wait even longer for them to show. Poor customer service and experience.
