Listen. There are only so many things I can be good at. Cars? I am not good at cars. Fortunately the guys at Valvoline on Washington Ave are. Service was efficient, helpful, and speedy. I know I’m, uhhhhhh, naive when it comes to cars and Why Won’t My Check Engine Light Go Off and so on, but the folks at Valvoline have only ever been friendly and considerate. Am I gonna learn how to change my oil or what a “transmission” is? Absolutely not. But as long as I’m still operating a vehicle, I’ll be back at Valvoline, wondering how they tunneled under my car. Good stuff. Would recommend.

Amazing amazing AH-MAZING SERVICE! I arrived at 5:20-5:30 pm was worried they would send me home since they closed at 6. When I pulled up I didn’t even have to wait, dude motioned me in. I had a coupon and the guy told me about how much it would be after coupon BEFORE doing the service. Penzoil one time changed my oil before I could ask how much and I didn’t have enough to cover it and they added more oil than my car would take then charged me extra! These guys are very fast I was HOME AT 5:36pm. Very friendly, I signed up for email club or whatever they have. They answered any questions I had, very very fast service and I stayed in my car the whole time. They all had masks on as well, to prevent covid. Only $33 after coupon and with tax and got all my fluids changed. They recommended a new oil or air filter or whatever it’s called but unfortunately they were out of them. He said he’d have more next week and I’m definitely going back to them! Thank you valvoline team I was putting my oil change off for so long because I hate dealing with people or mechanics. I’ve always had terrible experiences when getting oil changes so thank you and now I’m not so stressed and won’t have to put it off anymore. I can’t believe how friendly, affordable, efficient these guys are. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Keep it up guys!! 😁

When I came through a couple months ago, the fella said "You're oil looks great! Come back in a month or two." Sent me home without a charge. Today she needed an oil change and the break fluid topped off. Ernie and Trey were great! Less than 10 min total, probably less. Couldn't ask for better service. :)

These guys were honest with me and told me that I didn't need an oil change. They showed me my oil and brand new oil and there was no difference. I don't drive many miles, but it had been a few months since I had my oil changed. I feel like any other place would have just changed it regardless. The workers are very nice, and the service was very fast. Great when your in a hurry. Only thing is I was surprised on the price at the end because I thought all the oil changes where 41.99 but later found out different. But all in all it was a great experience and highly recommend them

I have used this location for a few years now and have always had top notch service. I recently drove in for an oil change and the tech found that I wasn't due an oil change for another 2,000 miles. I'd had gotten the 5,000 mile oil change and forgotten that I had. Might not seem like a big deal but the honesty in todays world went along way with me. I didn't have cash to at least tip the techs that still checked my fluids and air pressure so I thought this quick review would be nice. 5 star service at this place!!!
