The Cube Roof
The first time “they” came out to detail my car, Matt did an excellent job. The second time “they” came out, another guy was two hours late, left my car moist, closed the windows when it was hot outside, which brought on mold. THEN tried to tell me that $160 dollars was only for interior front seat and backseat And that was a discount from the normal $255 interior exterior cleaning. THEN “they”tried to sell me a “package“ to remove the mold that their guy created. I’M ONLY GIVING THEM A ONE STAR BECAUSE OF MATT. DNR!!!

My husband paid for the “Royal” package as a birthday gift on my F350 last week. I have to say I’m disappointed in the overall results. I just opened my glove box to put the papers in and it’s dirty! The top of the tonneau cover was never cleaned and neither was the bed of the truck. The back window of the truck was all smudged. The whole point of detailing the truck is to clean every portion - not just some of it. We were told it would take four hours, then asked if they could have it over night. We agreed even though it left me without a vehicle. When I went to pick it up, there were numerous areas that were still dirty. Then we left it for another hour and a half and yet all these areas initially mentioned were STILL not cleaned. Word of advice: Pay attention to the details. That’s the whole point of your service.

They did a good job of cleaning but areas that needed more attention in my car had to be pointed out when I inspected the vehicle at pick up. The staff did clean up what I pointed out. The reason for my 2 stars is that they have over charged me for services. When I dropped off my car I was told services would be offered for my review then when I picked up they charged me $60 for what I thought would be included for the review. When I reviewed my bank charge they charged me an additional $50 that I did not approve. Overall I just paid almost $300 for a 2hr cleaning when I only reluctantly approved a charge of $245. I will not be returning to GoDetail and am overall disappointed with the services I have received and VERY frustrated with the overcharge.
