I have always had very positive experiences at Les Schwab and today was no exception. I pulled in, stressed out, with basically a flat tire and within 10 minutes it was fixed with no charge. Every time I go in there with a problem, they fix it right away and everyone who works there is so nice. Great service!

Just picked up a set of Continental ExtremeContact tires at this Les Schwab store. Put these on my other car to replace the factory Bridgestone's, and couldn't believe how much better it rode and handled. This is the second set I've purchased here, and was in and out in under an hour. These guys are the best. Sure, I might have been able to find these for a couple bucks less somewhere else, but I wouldn't be getting the first-class Les Schwab service.

I’ve been a customer of this Les Schwab for over 25 years and they have always been super knowledgeable , professional and respectful. Today, they repaired some brake fluid issues that was completely the fault of a certain driver (not me!). They completed the work way ahead of schedule and now everyone in the family knows that windshield fluid should not go into the brake fluid reservoir. 😑 Thanks as always to a great crew at NE Sandy Blvd Les Schwab!

I made an appointment to have the tires rotated and balanced as I bought these from a different Les Schwab and then spent a year in Alaska driving on terrible roads. When I came in for my appointment, the office person spoke down to me and said I didn’t need to get the rebalancing unless I was feeling a lot of vibration. I explained I wanted to be proactive and keep my tires in good condition especially after a year of Alaska roads. She got mad and slammed my keys on the counter and spoke to me rudely. I’ll pay another company to do it. Why offer it as a free service with tire purchase and then berate the customer when they come in to get it done? **updating with a response to Tim: unfortunately I am a travel nurse and had a week between contracts to get this done as I drove from Alaska down to Arizona. There are no Les Schwabs in either of those states hence why I made it a priority to schedule the appointment while home in Portland. It can’t wait another 6 months until I’m back. Very upsetting and inconvenient to schedule a service I know is covered from buying tires at Les Schwab and then being told I can’t get it done by the office worker. I likely won’t buy my next set of tires from this company.

My wife had a bad experience here about 6 months ago: she brought her car in for a tire inspection and was told that the tires needed urgent replacement due to sidewall damage. She then got a second opinion from a competitor who could find no such problem, only that the tires were reaching end of tread life within about a year. We have been going to this shop for over 20 years, but no longer feel that we can trust them, sadly. We’re getting new tires elsewhere soon.

I headed in first thing this morning without an appointment, pretty sure that my battery needed replacing. It was 5-year battery that I bought from Les Schwab 9 years ago! Great product. As soon as I parked, I was greeted by Brandon, who got a tester and confirmed that the battery did indeed need to be replaced. He took me inside and explained that various options. I again chose the 5-year battery. He also helped me select some new wiper blades. Before long, he came back in and explained that the battery was a little too small for the bracket and cautioned me that I might hear it bump around. We discussed the other options, and I chose a longer life battery that was a better fit. He also explained that it would also give me more cranking power when I start my truck. Brandon finished the job in less than hour, which is pretty impressive since I didn't even have an appointment. Is there any wonder why I've been a Les Schwab customer for over 30 years?

I'm mobility impaired and poor. The staff was very helpful with the door and getting me coffee. I ended up having to get a tire replaced. The mechanic, Jeremy, was honest, and didn't try to upsell me. He checked all my tires, performed a free brake check, and replaced one of my tires új just under an hour, even though I arrived without an appointment around 4pm

I had someone cut my tire and needed a new one. Not only were the folks here able to confirm that I got the right size tire but they made sure that I was apprised of the total cost including installation. Before I even left the tire with them. They were fast and efficient with getting this done even though there were several cars ahead of me. After I picked up the tire and walked home with it. I got it back to the car and realized that the rim was not the right size for my vehicle. I had just bought the car and had been told this was the spare. Clearly it was not as I could not match the lug nuts up. When I brought the tire back in with the old rim and slashed tire, the folks here were amazing and put the new tire onto the old rim immediately without charging me any additional. I am so grateful to them that I can cry. When it's time to get new tires. I'm always going to be coming here and to this location specifically if I possibly can. Mark specifically was the one that assisted me when I brought the tire back in and he was wonderful.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 1:00 PM for an Uber vehicle inspection, which this location is officially listed as providing. It’s now 4:00 PM, and I’m still waiting with no clear information, no order, and no respect for my time. While every other customer who came after me was attended quickly for their services, I was repeatedly ignored and pushed aside. If this location is going to accept Uber inspections, they should treat people with basic professionalism instead of making them wait for hours with zero communication. I came for an authorized service and was treated as if my time had no value. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
