Great customer service and speedy work! I had to detail my SUV last minute and was so happy to find this place. I called at 3pm to ask and they were able to fit me in the next morning at 9am, and they did an impeccable job. After a sunroof leak, the dealership told us it would cost 10k for mold remediation of my mother's car. We were considering just buying a new car! AutoPrada got the job done at a much more reasonable price and in a vey timely fashion. The car is just beautiful inside and my mother is thrilled! My Subaru was broken into with the drivers window completely smashed and glass everywhere. I gave Tom a call and he was able to do a complete interior vaccum and clean within 3 hours of making the appointment same day. The car looked as good as new once I got it back - all glass and stains removed. It really made me feel safe driving it again, cannot express how thankful I am! My CR-V had a vital part stolen recently and after I had gotten the part replaced, the mechanic I used through my insurance refused to install an anti-theft device I purchased to protect the part. Another car & stereo specialty place was going to charge me $172.50 just to put the thing on, but my friend recommended Auto Prada and Zach helped me out and at a much better price. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate -- he really helped me out and that says a lot about Auto Prada. Highly recommend their services.

WOW. This shop is the BEST. We picked up our campervan for a two week cross country vacation and it had become mold central. Worried about the van and our trip, we called here. Tom got us in next day and we picked up a SPOTLESS, LIKE-NEW van. They even got the mold on our camp stove. This is a shop that really cares and has personality and fun with it. We owe our vacation and sanity to these guys! 💖

My poor 2001 VW Golf GTI GLX 2.8L VR6 had a clogged sunroof that caused a massive flood with massive amounts of mold over a few weeks while I was travelling overseas. I was desperate and even thought the car may be lost. Enter AutoPrada. They took in my car at 9am and by 5pm it was like it just came out of the factory, pristine, void of any mold and fully detailed. I took the package for interior detail with mold remediation and exterior detail and that was the best decision I could ever make. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The prices are what they are but it's upfront and clear, no sneaky fees or shenanigans. And I think the quality of the work justifies the prices. Oh, and Tom, in addition of being super nice and helpful, fixed the clogged sunroof drain at no additional charge. I can't thank them enough. My 2001 VW is good as new. It was worth every penny.

Auto Prada is amazing! Came through in getting my car like new! I, literally, had a friend come over and he asked me if I got a new car! After getting my car done so quickly and with such great confidence and success, I immediately referred my friend whose van was stolen and laced with Fentanyl and Meth to AutoPrada. The customer service here was really good, but the quality of the work was slightly lacking. This place is pricier than most shops in the area. Most places run around $250 for full detailing and this place was $325 for a full detail. They were really nice but when I got my car back there was dirt on the dashboard and back seats, my exterior paint was chipped, and there were dirty spots on the front of my car. The lack of detail was disappointing and has now caused me to either pay another service to finish the job or spend the time cleaning it myself. Edit: The owner texted me and resolved the issue by giving me a 20% refund of the original cost. Customer service is very quick.

My car was stolen and completely trashed. The smell was horrendous. People had been using it as a home for 3 weeks. Had it towed to Toyota and they wouldn't touch it. I called autobella and Tom answered, literally walked to Toyota to get my car, and made it completely spotless and homeless-smell free in 1 day. Put me in tears and I dont cry much. Zack gave me the right info. when trying to replace the radio head on my 2018 RX450h. So the system (Pioneer) Lexus install was predestine to fail after 5 to 7 years and sure enough it did. The dealer wanted $5400 to install a new one. Right away Zack told me of businesses that refurbish and fix what was wrong with the radio head in the first place and give a rebate on the core. I found OEMAUTOAUDIO out of NY and was able to obtain a unit with the fixes on eBay for $1400 then they sent me $500 for the core return. Tge install was $175 so all in all I’M very happy doing business with both these outfits

Our vehicle was stolen while we were on vacation in Portland this last year. We live quite a distance from Portland, and when the vehicle was recovered, I was overwhelmed imagining how I would get the car cleaned and the garbage disposed of so that we could get our car home. I was concerned about making the car safe again to put my family in. It was by chance that I found the Autobella team. They went above and beyond to not only clean out and make safe our van that had not just been lived in but contaminated with drug use. Beyond that, Tom helped us navigate finding a reputable repair shop that could help us get our van back on the road. He was in contact with me regularly, did a spectacular job on our van and showed a great deal of compassion and patience helping us deal with our situation from afar. I will never forget Tom and his team at Autobella. I recommend them highly wether it is just for basic detailing but especially if you find yourself dealing with auto theft recovery. Thank you Tom and company. You guys are the best. I don't know what we would have done without you guys.

Modern GMC pickups have a rearview mirror that is either a standard mirror or can be switched to a video camera feed from a camera on the rear of the cab. If you install a canopy on the truck it blocks both the mirror and the camera feature. I purchased a second camera from a GMC dealer and a compatible 20 ft cable from Amazon. Autoprada accessed the camera cable connection under the edge of the headliner, connected the new cable and routed it out the bottom of the cab, along the frame rail and up into the rear of the canopy. They mounted the new camera on a custom fabricated plate at the upper driver side inside the rear canopy door without blocking access to the pickup bed and restoring the video camera rear view mirror. The process took about 2.5 hours. Fantastic!
