This place sells bs parts don’t recommend gave me the wrong part and swore it was correct part I tried to install didn’t work took it back to them less than 7 hours later and ask for a 100 dollar restocking fee

MIKE RIPPED ME OFF on this floor shifter and won’t give me a refund / store credit. I called and asked if they have a floor shifter that came out of a 2004 I specifically said 2004. The A-hole told me “yes we have one that came out of a 2004.” I asked again in person he says “yes it’s 2004” Well not only is this from a 2007 but beyond damaged by the “mechanic” that takes off the parts. How can someone who deals with money in the front not know his numbers. Also stop hiring people who didn’t go/finish trade school to take parts out Edit: Mike said nothing about the pet being damaged and lied about telling me the right year

Bought a radiator fan shroud. Here and didn't notice until I was home that the clips for the coolant reservoir were broken off. The only way this could've happened is if your parts puller was being lazy and broke the resovouir off instead of removing the bolts. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
