I had a insurance claim. The damage was a bumper, compressor, and a radiator to replace. They have had my car for almost two months and will not return my calls.

I am so disappointed of their service, bcz it is going on last two months maximum times i need car stater/ jumper to start the car . I went the AutoZone to check my car battery . After checked they said the battery is bad. Then I make a appointment in this location , after they check they said battery is good. I uploaded The AutoZone report .

I went to Golling's website in late June for an appointment. After nearly three years of service there, the website did not recognize me or my vehicle, which meant I could not get an appointment. My created login was not recognized, answering the questions on the service screen to recall the vehicle was not recognized. I could not make an appointment via any means on your site page. So I called. I got a prompt e-mail from Amy Hull June 22nd for an appointment, which I replied asking for service. I e-mailed on June 27. July 25th I e-mailed for a final time. On July 24th, I asked your help part of your website to contact me for an appointment, they promised they would. I still have received no response. I had called June 22, June 27, July 24, and finally called on August 3rd trying to get a service appointment. On August 3rd, I had a very bored sounding person schedule me for an appointment, on August 17th. Nearly two full months after I had first asked for service.

Would not let me do just an oil change, kept adding on other services which you could not decline. The guy at the desk also had a fussy little attitude after I passed on the oil change and other bs forced services

I went for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2022 Corolla Cross. They gave me an estimate of $199. For the oil change alone, they charged $166! I used to go to another Toyota service center in Farmington Hills, where they only charged $80 for an oil change. Next time you go for an oil change at this location, please verify the price.

Customer service isn’t good. They charged me $239.99 for the diagnostic but the person didn’t tell me before have to pay cz i don’t want to do it. I clearly said him i don’t wanna pay anything cz I've l easy care. If easy care covered that then it’s fine otherwise i don’t want to fixed it... But he did diagnostic without my permission n charge me $239.99. Also his rude behaviour surprised me a lot

Took the truck in today for a regular service session that included a tire rotation. One of the hubcaps is missing. Called the service department and they told me it could have jumped off while going over a pothole. They're really good at insulting their customers.

Overall the work they do is fine, but if you request service that is different from the standard it doesn't get done, at least in my experience. I recently had a puncture in my tire, I saw the screw but by time I got to the dealership it had broken off and wasn't easily visible. I told them which tire so that it could be fixed during an oil change. When I got my vehicle back they said they didn't see anything and thus didn't patch it. I inspected the tire myself at home, found the hole (again) and went somewhere else to get it fixed. Before that incident, I asked to have my transmission fluid level checked during an oil change. The transmission is "sealed" and requires replacing a drain plug to check the fluid level and one or two service hours. Instead of calling me to verify if I wanted to pay for the service to be done, they told me that it would be extra after returning my vehicle. So I had to come back at a later time to have the service I requested actually complete. I haven't had any issues with the sales people actually selling vehicles but I won't be returning for service.

Employees were nice and respectful. However, when I went in their service bay was empty, but they still told me I needed an appointment to get an oil change. The next available time was two weeks away. My car also has a recall but they said they couldn't pull up that information because they couldn't access the network. In general, this location seems to below the standard of other Toyota locations.

Its a shame, I really liked dealing with sales so much, that I expected service department to be just as enjoyable. They will try and get away with charging you for anything and everything. Yes Justin. My brand new Tacoma was a week old and he tried to tell me that my fog lights are supposed to be loose cause I have the off road trim. And if I insist on them to look at it that he would have to charge me for his tech to look at it... I'll never return here again. Not for service, not even for a nother lease. This is the second time. I also have a highlander that needs a strut (covered under warranty). I've been waiting for the the part to come in since May. I don't know what Management does. This is my second complaint and no email or call back. Hope you shut down !

Over $200 for synthetic oil change and tire rotation is a bit ridiculous. I paid $110 for the same service at La Fontaine

I will only Bring my Tacoma to this service center. They are the only ones I have found out of 3 other service centers in michigan i have been to that treat you with respect and do top notch quality service. I have had major issues with 3 other service shops over the years and this is the only place i trust. I make a 45 minute drive just to come here. I watch my dash cam after each service or repair and this is the only shop where the employees are not complaining or treating your vehical without respect. If you decline a service they dont talk trash about you in the shop behind your back. They show a ton of respect to you and your vehicle and they should all get a bonus or raise. My family and myself will only come here for service. THANK YOU GOLLING.

I had to get my car checked out because my car sensors were malfunctioning. So when they ended up fixing a couple wires they charged 900 dollars, also assuring me that my headlights were working properly when they were not until I had them work on it again. When I went home i realized my mudguards have not been clipped in properly as well. They over charge for nothing and do a poor job.

I didn't read reviews before using this Service Department in Warren. I used the Mt. Clemens location yrars ago without issues. This place gauges you. Beware. My battery cost $80 more than the Troy location subsequently informed me. The oil change quoted to me today was $124.95....Troy location $77.00 Body work on trunk panel quoted at $750 ++. Troy $525. Not for me. The place isn't even a nice environment. -- what's with the Rip Off Entitlement????

Good day, I visited Golling Toyota yesterday, 1/20/2025. I was there to have my car service for a particular issue, I had been told that it would be a couple of hours before they got to my car, I could leave it and they would call me because they may need to keep it over night, I felt the check up on the car did not warrant an overnight stay to check out, so I chose to wait in the lobby where people were already there waiting for service, so I sat and waited patiently, I was there from early morning until 5:00 pm.....smh....I have never been dissatisfied with the service here, on Monday I was very disappointed. At 5pm I was asked to leave my car overnight, WHY? my car has been here all morning, afternoon and evening, I was told they didn't find anything but needed to check further, no way, I am here for one thing only, if you didn't find any issues why try and make up something?....I was asked if I wanted them to bring my car around and if I had any issues come back, I said yes. When I got my car it was very cold inside just like it had been sitting outside all day, so I really believe, NO ONE ever looked at my car, that's why they wanted to keep it overnight. Very disappointing TOYOTA, you dropped the ball, I have been dealing with Golling Toyota 24 years, never had any issues, this was handled without care or professionalism, I am very disappointed. Please acknowledge all customers!

I took my car to Golling Toyota recently , and requested only an oil change. After a 4 hour wait they presented me with a $696.40 bill. They did a lot of unathorized work. They are very dishonest! Do Not go there for any service.

I used to be very satisfied with the service here. Every time my car was due for maintenance during the warranty period, I was always treated with great care. But after my 2-year warranty expired, things changed. Now, every visit costs quite a bit, and just like before, they try to suggest additional services. I politely refused because I didn’t want to pay for unnecessary things (and as you know, it’s not cheap). However, after I declined, the customer service I received was completely different. They left my car outside instead of returning it properly inside the garage as they used to. I had no idea and kept waiting inside until someone pointed out, “Your car’s out there.” I understand that refusing extra services might not make me a “profitable” customer, but basic respect and professionalism shouldn’t change because of that. Really disappointing.
