5 STARS is too low for the amazing kind and dedication to good sams that ANDREA has shown us. she fixed our very messed up accounts and elite many different insurance coverages we have with good sams. it was not getting fixed for months until ANDREA got involved and did a TEN STAR JOB for us. we are so happy with her amazing skills and kindness and perfection to fix all issues done my other good sam employees did out 5 different extra coverages we have on 3 vehicles and RVs. other employee really messed up our accounts. thank you ANDREA !!!! your the best

We were inadvertently charged for one service which was included in another, more comprehensive, service. There was a minimal wait time when I called. I first spoke with Deborah Williams who was extremely pleasant and very easy to understand. She immediately spotted the problem, and she transferred me to Rory. He was also very pleasant and easy to understand, and he took off the unnecessary charge quickly. The whole process took 6 minutes of phone time which is excellent by today's standards. Thank you Good Sam for hiring good, competent, and easy to understand people and for giving them the training they need to assist your customers. Thanks again to Deborah in particular for quickly identifying the problem, and to Rory as well for correcting the charge.

Have used good Sam’s for years as we rv. Always had good service til this year. Broke down in the mountains near Taos trying to get truck in for service. Had to drive our return car further up to get cell signal. We were on the phone for 20-30 minutes trying to explain our situation. No were are not with the vehicle no cell coverage no we can not go back to the vehicle because there is no cell coverage gave mile marker and hwy info still could find us. After getting location maybe we were to wait for a call from tow truck. Got the call only to find out none were available try tomorrow. Are we supposed to stay over night on the hwy and hope someone is available tomorrow. Not what Im paying for!
