Alphonso went above and beyond to get my car back up and running! I was on my commute to work when my car started making a weird noise and the battery light came on. I found the closest mechanic shop, which fortunately was this one. Alphonso took great care of me, explaining what needed to be replaced. He let me know they close at 6, but if I was a little late coming back from work he would wait for me. He even walked me out to my Uber and made sure I double checked the license plate number before getting in. I got text updates throughout the day (complete with fireworks gifs when everything was repaired). Alphonso was amazing, give him a raise!

I had two separate appointments with this location. At each time they advised me they were behind. I came at my appointment time and still end up waiting OVER an hour for my car to be even taken to the back. I simply needed two tires swapped out. Absolutely horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Darwin Vivas, Service Manager, provided exceptional service. I had a flat tire due to a nail and he addressed the issue immediately, completing the repair in less than five minutes. He also ensured all my tires were properly inflated to the correct PSI and took the time to show me how to locate the PSI information on my vehicle's doorjamb. The folks at this Goodyear are terrific. I have been taking both of my cars there for tires and also for regular service for 18 years now, amazingly. They are always courteous and friendly, always complete repairs quickly, and never try to sell you anything you don't need. In fact, they have often given me advice that saved me money, sometimes a lot of money, even in situations where it would be quite easy to sell or suggest something more expensive. I have two older vehicles that still run like new, thanks in large measure to the excellent preventive maintenance and repairs done by these folks over all these years. Many thanks to Mike, Jason, Darwin, Alphonso, and the rest of the team there for the outstanding customer service and reasonable prices, as well as their recently instituted policy of updating you on maintenance and repairs via text. That just started in the last year, and is an impressive addition to the already great customer service at this location.

Alphonso and Jason listened when I said I needed a new valve stem for a tire losing air. They verified that was the problem I was having and rapidly replaced it. A Chik-Fila guy had visited the store, leaving chicken biscuits for the workers. Alphonso offered me an extra one since I was first in the door. Rapid, polite, and efficient, a five star experience.
