They still don’t offer a shuttle back to your house, they will not pick up your car from your house even though that is a service that is offered. I don’t know how they expect anyone to get home when they need there car repaired it’s ridiculous we all don’t have a second car waiting for us, please bring back the shuttle service already what are they waiting for?

I’ve dreaded having my truck serviced because it always seems to be a terrible experience. This experience was exceptional. I had them pick my vehicle up at my job Monday morning, they were on time, kind, and professional. I was notified when it arrived back to Ford, I received an update later with a video after my oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 2 days due to recalls that needed to be completed so I already arranged for a different way to get home that day. Then today I was notified when everything was completed, I paid over the phone for exactly what had been quoted. Then one last call to schedule delivery. They were running a little behind with the drop off but I was already home and they notified me right away. When they did arrive again, kind and professional, my truck is clean and this was an outstanding experience!

Absolute hack mechanics. I decided to take my truck in to a local mechanic to dig into why my raptor has been leaking so much after this dealership worked on it. According to my new, good mechanic, "these guys did a hack job. There's missing bolts, broken pieces, and leaks everywhere." Plus they charged WAY more for the service than what I could get from a quality mechanic. Absolutely stay away from this service depth if you can.

I had a horrible experience experience with this dealership. I thought they were honest actors but when it came time to pay after hours of negotiation and a long drive they let me know the OTD price could not be honored and it would be an additional 5k for add ons. stay away.

We go out of our way to come to this dealership for all our services and truck needs. We have had it towed 60+ miles because we know we can count on them. Alex in service is exceptional! He always takes care of us as quickly as possible, communicating all steps that need to happen to get us safely back on the road, all while being patient and kind! The quality of work is always high. Once I had to pick up our truck on a Saturday when the service department was closed and even that was easy. I went to their tire center, got the keys and truck. When I was about to leave I noticed the PSI was 17 (supposed to be 40-45). I pulled in and asked if they could check my tire before I got one the road. Billy stopped what he was doing knowing I just picked it up from service, filled the tire and checked it for damage. He was also so kind and professional! We just took it in to replace the transmission unfortunately, but it didn’t take long to get it back and we have another 3 year warranty on this new transmission! Plus since we opted for an extended warranty when we purchased the truck used this work was covered. I can go on and on, just go in for yourself. Everyone is great there we haven’t had an bad experience. Thank you Ford!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a brand new Escape from this place in February 2024 and by May all of the safety sensors were not working and we had to bring it to the shop. Today, July 22nd we finally get a call that it is ready and we can get our car back, only to get it in shambles. The panels were not put together and the car was dirty. We were forced to wait even longer for them to finish assembling the car. You would think they’d inspect the car before calling a client back. After finally leaving the shop, not even a mile down the street all of the sensor issues came back up on the dash. This entire experience has been ridiculous, the people here clearly don’t care and are not on top of their work. Avoid Gosch Ford!!!
