I called them last night thinking there was an issue with the starter in my Subaru. They told me to drop my keys in the box and write my info on the envelope. By 11:00 AM the next day, they called and told me the car was ready. Very fast and friendly, they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.

I really wanted to love this place- the reviews are great and they were able to get my car in and looked at super quickly. I had run over a mattress on the interstate and asked for them to take a look underneath the car and make sure nothing had been damaged. They called and said there was no damage except to the body, for which I should take it to the body shop. I took it home and noticed a constant leak so I jacked it up myself. The washer fluid hose was hanging down completely detached, and missing a hose and clips. There was also a nearby panel that was badly mauled up. This shop obviously did not look under the car AT ALL- not even a glance to see a detached hose towards the front and to the side, very obvious, and actively leaking. I am super, super disappointed. It would have resulted in them getting business and I don’t know how this even happened, but I will never go back.

Rick's team is the best in the city, and frankly best I've ever worked with since I started owning a car in 2002. He's quick, reliable, and doesn't try to pull one over on you. His rates are also very competitive and smash the dealers. I've referred countless folks there over the years and everyone has had great experiences.

GR is the honest and competent mechanic you're looking for. I've brought my car in to them several times now, and they have been able to solve problems other shops could not. The prices are fair, and Rick is very professional. He has updated me promptly on the status of my car without me having to check in to get information. He'll run an estimate by you and get your consent before doing the work. GR has become my go-to place.

GR has been my place to go since Katrina. Rick is honest and fair. They don't "fix" things that aren't broken. Not the cheapest in town (do you really want that), but very reasonable rates and consistently good work. I almost don't want to write this review, as they may be even busier and I'll have to wait for my repair. However, they deserve it. Highly recommend.

Called and spoke with Rick about needing a new air conditioning compressor, he gave me an estimate over the phone and told me I could drop my car that same day. At drop off he told me he'd call me that afternoon to give me a better estimate and let me know how long the work would take, and he did. I got my vehicle fixed and back the day after drop off (which would have never happened at my dealership!). These guys are fast, reasonably priced, professional, courteous, honest, and reliable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Rick and his staff are the best! Kind, efficient and professional. He was able to order my specific tire and have it delivered in two days. My same new tire picked up another nail a few months later (my luck) and Rick was able to repair it in 15 min as a walk in. So great and he really cares about his customers. Definitely recommend this business for any tire repairs or issues!

Really rude and disrespectful. My car needs a lot done to it and they were not able to service me, which is fine… but the shopkeeper was very impolite to my situation and kept giving me snarky comments about my car. It was such a bad experience and feeling. If you can, go somewhere else they are not worth anyones money.

My only issue is that my tires were at 25psi when I brought my car to the shop, but got filled to 40psi before I left and my door panel says Max. 35psi. I checked my tires (all four) when they were cold and if I did not notice, it could have caused a number of problems with all 4 tires.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! They've done ample amounts of work on my older jeep wrangler and not only are they experts in their field, they're also incredibly honest, trustworthy, and respectful. As a woman who doesn't know anything about cars, it's easy to feel like I'm asking dumb questions, but they take the time to explain and reassure me that there are no dumb questions! I never feel like I'm getting scammed or taking advantage of, and in fact they even offer ways to save money by waiting to fix something or doing multiple things at once to pay less in labor cost. My car feels brand new and I am so thankful!
