Went there a couple months ago to get my back end repaired from a rear ending accident. Took them 3 extra weeks past the estimated time it would be done. Once I got it back the check engine light was on. I thought it was normal because my car was due for a service anyway with my cars dealership. I didn’t have the time or money to get it serviced so i just left it as it is in great condition and i take amazing care of it. I am currently trying to sell l this car right now so i had it checked up and serviced today. Turns out there is a major major problem with it still that will cost me $1200…..I should have known that a check engine light isn’t normal after a fix up. Don’t go here if you want this type of service.

We Highly recommend Grand Central Collision. Our Insurance Co. gave us a list several differnet shops. The first place my husband took the car to was going to do more work than necesary and charge more as well. The second place said they could not help becuase they would not be able to find the parts for our 2002 car becuase it was too old. Grand Central Collision had no problem with the parts and charged a lot less than the first shop was going to. In addition My husband had a flat tire on the way there for the initial quote. They changed it for him for no charge. They kept us informed on the progress and were done when they said they would be. Everyone there was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

A deer hit my car and really messed up the front body of my car, plus lots of other expensive pieces (the Toyota smart emblem and the radiator, etc). Grand Central Collision walked me through the process and what to expect from my insurance company and them. They kept me in the loop about what time my car was estimated to be finished. They welcomed questions I had. They were 100% approachable and professional. When I got my car back, it was clean, and looked brand new. I think they must have waxed it because the rain droplets repelled off my car with ease. My car is so slick looking. I'm so proud I got it back looking like a new vehicle!

Kelly and co at Grand Central are true pros. Another shop panicked and wouldn’t even try to work on our EV with roof and water damage, but GC diagnosed the issue correctly within seconds of seeing it, and kept going even when the damage was more wide spread than could be seen from the outside. I was given clear options and explanations, even steps I could take on my own.

We had a slight accident with the rear door of our vehicle, that it wouldn't shut anymore. We also had a camping trip scheduled in a few weeks, so GC got to work immediately and found everything they needed to get the job done before out trip! Allison was great to work with, excellent communication and regular updates up until we picked the vehicle back up. The work and craftmanship is superb, can't even tell the door was replaced. They have always done quality work, generally on time and on budget. Communication with them has been good. If parts that were needed didn't come on time they let us know right away. I hit a deer with my Mercedes-Benz that took out a large chunk of the left front bumper. Since MB no longer manufactures this part I was forced to look to salvage yards for a damaged but useable OEM replacement and after weeks of searching I located one in California that had a couple of cracks and a ton of scratches. Joaquin did an absolutely amazing job filling, sanding and painting the replacement to that my car looks totally new. The photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend Grand Central Collision.
