Went for a wash a few weeks ago, picked the same wash I always get. First, when I got there there was no wait, yet I waited over an hour. Then nobody could tell me where my keys were, apparently they were taken to the office a while before I asked and they said the car was done. They did not vacuum the car, there was sand in my seat (there wasn't sand in my seat to begin with). They didn't wipe any of the surfaces, there was dust all over the dashboard. I left in a rush so I noticed the dust as I was driving away and the sun hit. Then when I went to pick up my curbside at kroger I noticed all the sand and them not vacuuming AT ALL. I called and complained, the manager told me to come back and get it fixed but honestly, I was already running late that day because they made me sit there over an hour for nothing. Next day I work and have kids, I don't have time to waste, that's why I took that one Sunday morning to get this done. It should've been done right the first time or money refunded. Needless to say i won't be wasting my time or money there again.

Terrible customer service if they are short handed they will take your car in for service and then tell you If you have an truck or suv detail it’s automatic 3hr or more wait

I gave four stars because truly the before and after of my car is almost astonishing, my only complaint is they used WD40 to get melted crayon out of my seats and now my car reeks of WD40, lol. But hey that's a price I'm willing to pay for a super clean car!

I paid for the home run package, and I didn't recieve the home run package. They sent out a new guy that doesn't know what pa kage is what and no one seemed to want to help him. I pointed out the things that he did not do but he argued and said he did it, but didn't. He uses rainx on the inside of my windows. I could go on but no need. I will not return.

From start to finish, my experience at Grand slam car wash was nothing short of amazing! As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and has a great setup that made everything super easy and smooth. The actual wash? Incredible. They paid attention to every single detail — from the wheels to the mirrors to every crevice of the car that usually gets missed at other places. They even did a hand-towel finish at the end to make sure it was showroom ready! Inside, they offer a cozy waiting area with complimentary coffee, free Wi-Fi, and super comfortable seating. You can tell they really thought about customer comfort at every level. I can't recommend grand slam highly enough. If you're looking for professionalism, attention to detail, and a car that truly shines inside and out, this is the place. I will absolutely be back — and I'm telling all my friends and family to come here too! They also have a website- which I find very unique!!

I first found Grand Slam Car Wash in Beaumont on a business trip. Since then, when one of our cars needs a detail job and interior clean, we make the trip from Houston to this Grand Slam Car Wash. The detail service is that great. It's like having a new car for the price of an interior clean.

Paid for the top of the line and all they did was clean out hald the trsh therew the rest in passanger side seat and left stuff on the doors didnt even clean anything but the floor matts and vaccumed.

Paid for the full service wash and hand wax ($70). They got my truck in right away and were quick with it, maybe too quick! All the chrome pieces on my truck were still dirty, including the wheels. There were still bug remenants on the grill. There were wax streaks all over the truck. Friendly service but I think that the detailers are not properly trained.

I paid for the home run wash which was $40. A guy name Lee service my vehicle and didn't clean the interior correctly. I drove off with my car looking like this (photos attached) because I had another appointment to go too. I immediately call Travis the manager and he told me to come back so Lee can clean it correctly. Lee refused to clean my car correctly (walked off angry) so another guy by the name of Christopher cleaned my vehicle and left it spotless. No complaints!!! Thank God for people like him who knows how to do the job correctly. Lee kept mean mugging me and circling behind me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Lee if you are unhappy with your job, you shouldn't be working there. I wouldn't recommend Lee to work on anybody vehicle. It would be a waste of time. His attitude ain't nothing nice. I hope he treat other customers right. All I can do is hope😔

Did a pretty good job on the ST. It was filthy from back to back road trips. Could have got in the crevices a bit better and needed to wipe up some leftover finger prints after. I am picky about my car and usually do it myself so I tend to nit pick about things. They actually got the glass behind the rear view mirror! (95% of places don't). *Edit*. They didn't get the exhaust tips very well...but again, nit picking

Carpet was not completely vacuumed. More stains after cleaning. Windows spotted. Had to have guy walk around my SUV to wipe up spots and dries up soapy water. Not happy. You guys used to be tral good. Some where you've falling off. For $45.00. Not happy at all.

Car needed a wash before heading out of town, and hadn’t been at this location in decades. New owner/remodel etc since then. For $26 very good deal. Although the apparent manager has a serious hang up about photos and video. I actually thought he was going to throw me out! The work is good (some details were overlooked), and I would have given a much higher rating if not for the manager.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The washing machine damages your paint and it’s very unprofessional. I was fine and dealt with the time it took to get my truck clean for the highest package they offer!! (Which was over 3 hours.) The machine they run vehicles through will BADLY scratch and take your paint off!! It’s not worth it. Inside of truck was very clean and smelt great. Outside was destroyed! Going to cost me WAY more to fix my paint! The Grandslam is NOT Worth it!
