These guys are amazing! They take a very personal approach to the work they do and they never forget that they are there to help. I went here for an estimate, and they immediately looked at and buffed a rough spot on my car for free. I talked with them about how much it would cost for new paint for minor scrapes, and they gave me a reasonable estimate for a new paint job, but also offered to touch it up for the price of the paint. They were very quick and friendly.

Our car has been hit three times in the last two years...its a bright orange Kia Soul, not like its camouflaged or anything. Anyway John helped us out, really friendly guy. Two of the accidents were covered under insurance, but one was a hit and run, and our deductible at the time was really high, so he was really nice and gave us a good deal since we were out of pocket. Our car was repaired flawlessly on all occasions, even though our car's paint is not available in California, they color matched it perfectly! Do yourself a solid and stop by for a quote.

The sides of my car were scraped up real bad. The guys at Great American were super friendly and gave me a nice discount for being a first-time customer. It took a little longer to get the repairs done than their initial estimate, but when I told them I needed my car by a certain day, they busted their rumps to make sure a job that should've taken two more days to complete was finished in one. Great service, would go to these guys for bodywork again.

Great automotive repair shop and amazing customer service. The management is so professional and friendly. I went here and had to get the front of my car fixed after it was hit in the front by another driver. When I went in to pick up the car, I was very pleased with the work they had done. The body work and the paint job were excellent. My twenty year Corolla looks brand new. Also they washed the car and cleaned the interior. Two-year update Two years ago, I took my car to Great American Auto Service Center for body work and paint job. As I mentioned in my previous review, I was very pleased with the work they had done. The body work and the paint job were excellent. My twenty-year Corolla looked like new. But there always be sceptics who will question the state of the paint after 6 months. That is why I want to update the quality of the paint after two years. The quality of the paint is in excellent shape, there are no loss of gloss, peeling, chalking, cracking or wrinkling. It looks like the day I picked up my car. Thanks again for the great service!

I highly recommend The great American Auto Body Center. They did a great job on my 2021 Kia Telluride front fender and side mirror, including matching the special white paint that is subtly metallic and hard to match. When the job was finished, my SUV looked like it had never been damaged. They also give good guarantee for the work they do.
