These guys were so nice and made sure I understood everything was going on! Really the only thing is they didn’t give me an estimate on the price, I would’ve appreciated it beforehand. Although, the price wasn’t even that bad itself. Will be returning. :)

Would absolutely recommend!! So my car needed to get towed here by AAA because it would not start that’s just the simple answer. Mike called on the phone and told me the problem was the timing chain and the shop could not fix it . Also now has to be towed else where. Which now means I have to pay for this next tow because AAA only covers the first one and the timing chain is a lengthy and very expensive repair. This shop normally would charge for the diagnostic fee since they at least figured out what was wrong with it and they gentleman on the phone said since they knew how expensive the repair was that in his heart he couldn’t charge us for this. NO ONE DOES THAT SORT OF THING ANYMORE. Most shops nickel and dime and scam . I CANNOT THANK MIKE ENOUGH FOR THIS KIND GESTURE! So yes, I would recommend them. I was already told this was a great place to come prior. I am so grateful to you.

We called around 9am on our drive down to OBX. Right front tire was slowly losing air. Mike answered the phone and asked us how far out we were. Made accommodations to get one of the guys to look at it quickly. Wound up being a nail in the in the side wall. They gave us the option to plug it or go to the tire shop down the road for a possible replacement. We plugged it and they sent us on our way in under 20 minutes for a really affordable price. The bathroom was also the cleanest mechanic bathroom I think I’ve ever been in. Would highly recommend and will be saving their info for future trips!!

I am extremely disappointed with this business and writing this review with the hopes that others will see it and it will and not have the same scary scenario happen to them. My mother was in a car accident recently and we had her car towed here due to proximity and in effort to save time. She had two flattened tires, body damage, and alignment issues. First when calling, I was told that it might not be possible for them to fix the issues with the car and that they'd let me know. When calling back to check, they said that they could but were apprehensive about it - we moved forward with getting the work done. In calling another time to check in (about one week after it being taken there), an employee said that after he put the two new tires on, "he could drive it around and see if it made any strange noises". On the day it was ready to be picked up, I called and he informed me that the new tires were replaced and the body work had been done but they don't do alignments - why we were not told that ahead of time, I do not know. After picking up the car, it was very noticeable that the alignment was off because the car kept pulling to the left when driving it. The car was taken to a AAA car care center a few days later and my mother was told that the car "was not safe to be on the road". I am highly upset that the communication was lacking about the safety of the car. We would have gladly done whatever was needed to avoid this situation and I am thankful that we had the additional work done elsewhere as to not have her in any further danger while driving. I will also be contacting the owner and/or manager and also the Better Business Bureau.

My first time coming here. My mom's neighbor recommended this place after bringing our car to the dealership numerous times only to get ripped off. This place here was phenomenal. The appointment took a few days advance booking .no big deal. And the day of the appointment I was running late and they were very accommodating to me and still had me a estimate and had found the issue to my problem by lunchtime and by 3 pm my car was ready to be picked up. Their cost was definitely affordable. And I was super happy with them.. their service was excellent and will definitely be back here with any further issues I may have in the future. I definitely recommend this place.

Charged $500 for a car battery with installation. Battery costs $250, so they double the price for installation. I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me because it was an emergency. My husband YouTubed how to change it and did it in 20 minutes! Let’s be better please!

I would give more stars if I could!!! I took my van here to have the AC fixed that another mechanic couldn't. Chris was amazing!! He took charge and figured out what the problem was. I dropped off my van on Tuesday and it was done by Friday. The cost was reasonable and most of all the AC WORKS!! Very happy with the service and the employees. Would definitely go here again!

Poor Communication and Unprofessional Customer Service: I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience so others know what to expect. I originally spoke with someone named Chris earlier in the week about bringing in my vehicle for a diagnostic. He told me to “drop it off Wednesday,” but no formal appointment was made — no confirmation text, no email, no name taken, and nothing written down in front of me. Because of that, I assumed they were operating on a flexible drop-off basis, which is common with many repair shops. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it Wednesday due to being sick, so I dropped my car off early Thursday morning instead. Throughout the day, I called multiple times just to check whether they would be able to look at it. Each time, I was told nothing — no update, no estimate, no clarity. I even told the front desk that if they couldn’t get to it, I would gladly come pick it up so I wasn’t taking up their space unnecessarily. When I finally spoke with Chris, the tone and attitude I received were extremely unprofessional. Rather than simply explaining that they were too busy to look at my vehicle, he blamed me repeatedly for them not being able to work on it — even though no confirmed appointment was ever created, no system entry was made, and no communication was sent to me to establish a scheduled date. I acknowledged my mistake in not coming Wednesday or calling ahead, but the way the situation was handled was dismissive, rude, and lacked any basic customer service. A simple “We’re booked today, we’ll try for tomorrow” would have gone a long way. Instead, after leaving my car there all day with no updates, I received a message saying it was “ready for pickup” — even though they never inspected it. The entire experience left me disappointed and feeling like my time and concerns weren’t valued. I understand shops get busy and that I didn’t arrive on the originally discussed day, but professionalism, communication, and courtesy should still be consistent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously, because good service is as much about communication and respect as it is about repairs.
