Very rude customer service. Always trying to get your money and not very transparent about car issues. 0/10 would not use this shop.

Use caution with this service center. Paid for the works and an inspection. They never rotated tires. Left me wondering what else they didn’t do. Can’t trust them, wont’t be back.

Everytime I have to go into cavaliers service center the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have had really quick turn arounds on my truck. They're possibly the best car dealership and service department I've ever dealt with.

This is a very busy service department but super well run. We always see the red team and their team advisor, John Stefanik, is phenomenal. Knowledgeable, communicative, and courteous. Highly recommended!!

Went in for 50,000 standard service, inspection and oil change for my vehicle. I had a terrible experience. They where very rude about my service warranty and maintenance packages. They had my vehicle for 4 days before I got it back. Just 5 months later, before my service was due again my engine coolant low light came on. Took my car to Priority Ford instead and was told that it was evident that the service I took my car to Cavalier Ford for was not actually performed. Save yourself the time and money and go to Priority.

Initially was pleased with the service but quickly became disappointed upon realizing that my instructions weren't followed. Went in due to 1 broken/unresponsive tpms sensor and 2other unresponsive tpms sensors the 4th was still functioning (these are the originals). I ordered some at Autozone that were for the vehicle but they wouldn't connect with the computer. So I went by the dealership and spoke to a service writer about it, explained the situation, he quoted me my estimated price, and I brought it in the following morning to get done. Upon leaving the vehicle I told the service writer that I had the original sensors from the vehicle in the cup holder for reference and also that I needed the sensors off the wheels to return to the Autozone since they didn't work as described. When I picked up the vehicle in the evening (after hours) I noticed that there were no sensors in the cup holder or anywhere in the vehicle when I should have had 8 sensors =4original+4aftermarket. Since it was a Friday I had to wait until Monday when I went back and spoke with the same service writer about it, he went to the shop to inquire about it and brought back a box that only had 5 all broken sensors in it due to me having to get to work I called back to the dealership informing them of the situation and nothing was done or even attempted. I lost money due to not getting my aftermarket sensors back so I could return them

Was gonna take over a week to even look at vehicle that I just bought there 2 months ago. Took it elsewhere just to find out brakes and calipers were all bad yet cavalier just did state inspection. Tells me used cars get inspections slapped on them and roll to the sales lot. Funny thing is they sold me the car that needed all this work but sales played it off like it goes through a multi point check. If it did , must have been an incompetent tech that day because $1799 for work on a car that they checked 300 miles after purchase is a crock of you know what. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

Their service/garage was a horrible experience... Spent 4,988 for cam phasers to be replaced. Hunter communication from the dealership for the whole week. My truck was there, I called multiple times. Left multiple voicemails. No return call, finally someone reached out! They said my bill was a certain amount to get my truck back. But when I got there somehow my bill sky rocked another 989.00 dollars..... Anyways, I get home and two 5/16 bolts aren't even put back in all the way. Literally threaded back in half way. I called the service manager back up. He told me to bring it in any a.m. I can, first off.... I brought it to a Ford dealership/garage for not only the supposed professional standards. Also the quality of work that is promoted n plastered on every other t.v. commercial. It was there for a physical 5 day work week. I feel robbed of an almost 5000 dollar experience! Nothing was thrown my way besides a "bring it in when you can" and a BILL. UNBELIEVABLE 👎🏼 and unacceptable.

Jen and her staff were extremely helpful, professional and prompt. The communication was excellent. Rhonda the shuttle driver went out of her way to give me a ride home. It was worth the drive to Chesapeake to do business with Cavalier. I'll be back because these people do it the right way.

Was there for a warranty issue. They had the car a few days and gave me a loaner for the time they needed my vehicle. The service advisor, Nicole, is very polite and helpful with questions. She even had them wash and clean the inside of the car before I picked it up. It was a wonderful gesture. So I am pleased with the service department so far. Excellent work!

Very accommodating for a last minute service! Without an appointment, I was able to drop off my Transit for an oil change & tire rotation. They worked it in & called a few hours later. Can't ask for anything more.

I brought my F-150 in here to get warranty work done on the driver side mirror camera a few weeks ago. I picked the truck up and noticed while driving home, that the mirror housing components were not put together completely. The front plastic piece was not secured in the plastic trim around the mirror and the piece holding the camera was not installed correctly. I then later noticed there was a screw wedged between the mirror and plastic housing, which I managed to get before it fell while driving. I was able to get the front plastic piece somewhat seated correctly in the back plastic rim so it didn't fall off called the dealer. They apologized and scheduled me to get the truck in to fix the issue. My wife took my truck to the service department yesterday and handed them the loose screw so they could put it back. When I got home from work, I took a look and noticed they didn't fix the issue at all and decided to fix it myself. As soon as I removed the mirror, I noticed that the place where the loose screw was supposed to go was still missing a screw. It was never replaced as stated in the work order receipt that my wife was given. As I took the mirror apart to reassemble it correclty, I noticed that 2 of the 4 screws that are supposed to hold the assembly together were of the wrong length. The shop mechanic that did the work used the mirror housing screws (which are longer) to secure the new camera and used the shorter screws for the camera on the housing. These shorter screws weren't long enough to grip the plastic on the inside and properly secure the mirror together. I have since put the mirror back together properly with the screws in the right place, but I am now waiting on Ford to call me so I can get the one screw back that was given to them, which probably ended up in the trash. I will never go back to this dealership for service again. They have been the only ones to service my truck and now I am noticing there is some type of leak in my driveway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Get your maintenance done somewhere else. I don't even trust that they have actually replaced my oil and filter.

It was great! They came and got my truck at work and brought it back to me at work. Oil changed, tires rotated, and it got a bath and was vacuumed. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Jeri, for getting it back to me quickly!

Let me preface with I cannot speak on the mechanical work they do, they may be the best in chesapeake for all I know. I would like to speak about the lack of customer service I experienced. I dropped my truck off, with a few specific concerns on a Monday and was told it would be there at least a few days because it was not a scheduled drop off, that's completely fine and I understood. Thursday morning I reached out via text and was told that the tech finished looking at it late the evening before and that I would receive a call within 15 minutes to go over the estimated costs and concerns. The rest of the day came and went without that call. Friday afternoon I left a message asking if the estimate would be ready and I heard nothing back. Weekend went by and no word. Monday morning I call and text, no response. Finally I decided to pay them a visit in person because clearly there was a disconnect between myself and my point of contact. To wrap things up, I was given the estimate, declined the service and had to wait over an hour, to pay and collect my truck, because the tech was going to wrap up with my truck "in the next 10 minutes." This could definitely be a fluke, we all have bad days, weeks, and/or months. But this was a one and done visit to this location for me.

Service is fine and they do good work. HOWEVER that is when you can get an appointment. The harsh, undeniable, truth is if you don't schedule at least three or months out you have practically no chance of being seen. It is clear they are overbooked and understaffed.

Excellent service, we were so glad to work with Chris Holland at the service center. Our car needed a lot of work and it was fixed in a day, The turn around time was fast. They did some extra things for us and saved us a lot of money. I would definitely go back here.
