The service at GreatWater 360 is absolutely worthy of a 5 star review. They actually felt collaborative when making recommendations and decisions. Brian was very helpful throughout the process and explained in easy detail what we were looking at with my car. The maintenance technician even took time to answer some questions. The software that Brian uses was very transparent in determining costs and we took a look at different combinations and options to find the right fit for this job. On top of all that helpfulness, the repair was done in a timely manner the same day it was diagnosed.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I dropped off my car for breaks today and was told I would receive a call within 30 minutes to an hour after the inspection is completed or at least I would’ve received a text message once the inspection was completed melting. What needed to be done with a prompt to call. I received neither for over three hours and didn’t get any communication until I personally called to check in on what was going on. When I did so Bryan at the front desk proceeded to make excuses about how busy he was and completely glossed over the fact that I’ve been waiting for three hours without any word on what was going on and meanwhile, the customers experience means nothing to them, even upon calling he quickly rushed me off the phone to say that he would get back to me in a few minutes. About 20 minutes later, he called me back with a price estimate and when I asked what he would do about the major inconvenience that he’s caused me and my schedule including the fact that I now have to arrange for my son to get picked up some other way, he proceeded to play games with me and tell me that they would waive the price of the inspection which already was expressed to me prior to Coming in that the inspection fee would be waived if I did the service that was recommended. At that point, I knew that this place was not somewhere that I would want to ever do business at. The fact that he even tried to play that game with me, Means he must be assuming that I am a complete moron I have no idea what’s going on. This place will play you and will give you a bad experience and then they won’t even apologize for it.

I had an oddball request where I was swapping out some used tires. They were able to do it for me at a reasonable price. Friendly staff too!

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my vehicle as agreed. On the first day, my car remained untouched the entire day. On the second day, it was not inspected until nearly closing time, and I only received that update after calling them myself. At the end of the second day, I was informed they could not determine the issue without performing a more extensive and costly inspection, quoted at about $300. The third day, I again had to call at the end of the day for an update. I was then told they still could not identify the problem and that I should pick up my vehicle — with only 15 minutes left before closing — after they had it for three full days. During one phone call, Brian mentioned that Nicole was supposed to contact me earlier but did not. While Nicole did speak with me on the first day I called for an update, her tone was notably unprofessional and discourteous. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

My vehicle was towed here. Had a baby coming in a few days and they quickly got us back on the road. One less thing to deal with with a newborn on the way was so nice

Amazing service, and fast, considering how busy they are. Took a day or so to get the car inside, but once they did it was fixed in no time. And we had open communication throughout the whole process

They fixed my car quickly and, more importantly, were transparent and eager to help. They never tried to upsell, just focused on getting me back on the road and keeping it that way. If you want a shop that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, this is the place to go.

They lie and steal from you. STAY AWAY!!! Be very careful if you have to go here. Went in for a $134 oil change and they never changed the filter. This is the second time I have had this happen so I always take a picture of my filter before I go in. If I wounld have checked, I would have ruined my engine by driving with dirty oil filter. So this could have been alot worse for someone else that does not have the time or knowledge to check up on the work being done to their car. Also had a noise coming from the car, which they charged me 100 dollars to diagnose to find out it was from a previous repair they did for me and they did not tighten the parts properly. What else did they not tighten properly. This is very scary on a var that go 80MPH!!! Go here and you might have something come off while driving on the highway because they forgot to tighten you bolts that hold your car together. Too top it off, I specifically asked them to replace a part because the holes were stripped and that was causing the issue with my blend door. Brian tells me that the holes were not stripped but the tech put in larger screws to make me feel better, and then charged me $109 for two screws and a repair I did not ask for. Come to find out that the two screws that they replaced had plastic shavings down the thread confirming my original diagnosis. Also putting larger screws in samller holes is a repair done by your child in middle school. It is not the corre t way to fix things. Holes are usually made just large enough for the screw that is used and putting a larger screw in there may work for a short period of time, but breaks the hole and eventually you will have the same problem. This is not a repair I would expect from a profesional auto shop. Bring you car here if you want duct tape and bubnle gum repairs. If you want it don right take your car somewhere else. If you must go here have them record the entire repair, because they do not follow proper procedures, charge you for parts they don't put on and double charge you for services they already provided. The worst part is, unles you are a mechanic or an engineer you probably wouldn't know and that is what they are betting on when they pull these scams. Then when you catch them they claim it was a mistake. That is B.S. because on my visit they had multiple mistakes, which adds up to one thing...they are stealing from their customers and hoping they do not get caught. So now I am going to let everyone know. Stay Away!!!! This is probably why they had to change their name from Mr. MUFFLER TO Badwater360!

I was nervous to bring my car in because I feel like most repair facilities are intimidating, however from the minute I walked in I felt respected and comfortable. The staff is awesome, I worked with Nicole and she did a great job of keeping me fully informed and explaining things well. They serviced my car quickly and it was a bonus to be able to book online and get updates via text.

I noticed my low tire air message popped up on the screen today. I stopped in GreatWater 360 Auto Care shop and Brian assisted me checking each of my tires and placing air in the ones that needed it. It was so cold out with 20 something degree weather but Brian was very polite and helpful. Thank you GreatWater and Brian for the excellent service. I appreciated it very much!!!

(19 & Canal location) Came highly recommended. Easy to get an appointment. He's in demand though - I think he was booked out a week or more when I called. Very straightforward and honest. Extremely communicative when it came to updates regarding timing and services. Verified the estimate before proceeding. Plus, Brian was just so friendly. Sometimes car guys have "car guy" attitudes - especially when working with women - but he was so approachable and kind.

I had a wonderful experience with friendly customer service from Brian and Nicole At Great Waters on 15263 Canal Road! They were both very efficient and explained everything about my wheel alignment and gave me great information for the future. I will definitely return to this location as I was very pleased! Thank you both!

I have tried a few repair shops in the area over the last year and this one is the best. This shop will tell you what you could consider repairing and which things are necessary for safe operation of your car now. I have also watched Brian explaining repair items to customers, and taking time to show them diagrams and direct viewing of parts and process. For my old original exhaust system they just swapped sections needed sourced the parts very quickly. They handle all makes here and have easy parking. This is now my local shop.
