They charged us 1000$ for replacing two brake shoes, one brake chamber and one slack adjuster. 6 hours of labor, where it's maximum of 3-4 hours of labor. Also because they were very slow they kept us in the shop all day, from 9 AM to 3 PM for this kind of repairs. Will not use this service anymore, thanks.

Scammers Alert !! I paid 10k for work on my 2 units when I got them back there was no work done no new parts installed refused to give me a refund do not trust this thief!! You claim this is false and want to blame Baur tire yet only produced a quote from baur no invoice I sent you pictures of the unit with completely worn out old parts which you claimed you replaced and had the nerve to tell me that you didn’t know how they could be so old so fast when I asked for a refund you told me “we really ripped you off huh” and hung up this was no accident you are a thief I spent over 10k and you burned me BEWARE OF THIS THIEF!!

Do not get ripped off by these guys. I took two of my ambulances to there shop and had work done. These jokers overcharged me and never did any of the work. I called the owner and showed him my invoices and pictures of the old parts that weren’t replaced and he said “we sure ripped you off” then hung up. If you use this company you are signing up to have them smile in your face and steal your money.

Rip Off!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally agree with Bob, have my own trailer repair: had to install an electric motor pump cylinoid all brand new! Normally it takes about an hour to change it, no testing needed, just simple install. The people didn’t just installed it wrong (stopped working next day!!!), they charged 950$$$$ for it all cash, gave me a made up receipt (one of the kind that you’d make up on a napkin yourself) and replaced a working!!!!! switch that takes about 5 minutes to replace… the switch turned out to be installed upside down, so no work is possible my old one has to be reinstalled, also because of their incompetency I got water in my hydraulic system! I was told 3 times that my oil has been drained before that touched my motor and pump, when I opened a plug underneath I got two 5 gallon buckets of oil watered mix splashing on me so had to buy a new filter and cleanse my hydraulic system with new 15 gallons of oil. I returned to San Francisco Bay Area and had a local truck repair shop redo all the work they’ve done for 1 (one) full hour of labor. Will have to file and deal with a small claims lawsuit with a local court although not living in NE might make things complicated. Please don’t use him, worst experience you’d have!

I have been in the trucking industry for over 10 years, and I have never experienced such unprofessional and dishonest service as I did at Greca & EK Truck Repair LLC. Truck drivers, please stay away from this shop. They seriously lack the proper experience and technical knowledge to handle truck repairs correctly. On top of that, their hourly rates are extremely high. If you go in for even a small issue, they will tell you it requires one hour of service — but after the work is done, they will charge you for three hours without proper explanation. This is completely unacceptable. In my opinion, this shop overcharges customers and does not provide fair or transparent service. I strongly warn all truck drivers: avoid this place and protect your money and your truck.
