"Honest-er" than the day is long! Will tell you straight up whether or not the problem is with their side of things- transmissions- or if you have a different problem. Will not make stuff up to charge you for, and they will not hunt and peck for various possible sources of the problem, charging you along the way to fund their experimenting. Great place to take your transmission troubles!!

Very honest and good prices for checking the transmission. Although my vehicle is out of commission they knew what was exactly wrong with my vehicle. I took my vehicle to 4 big name shops in Waco and nobody apparently knew what was going on with it, money lost but Green's is a good place to take to on checking transmissions

It was a couple days before Christmas 2024 and my trans was going out , not shifting right I talked to a mechanic and he gave me some idea's that he suspected, so called the next to get an appointment and the lady told me it might be after new years that they could get to it ,well she called me in a couple of days and said it was internal, well she gave me an estimate and took it in the next day, and a week later (January 3) she tells me it was ready to go and the price was even lower than what she quoted me , so 3 months later I've got to say I've never been happier, my 97 Ford Ranger has never shifted better , so I have to say THANKS to Green's Automatic Transmission for a job well done and being honest and very friendly service, I will always recommend this shop , again Thank You !!!!

I went here with the expectations to schedule an appointment for my car. I spoke with a woman and told her I was hoping to have someone look at it. Before I could continue, she cut me off to tell me they only take appointments. When I told her that was fine, she told me it would probably not be until the following week. I was fine with that given that's what I was expecting but I could tell based on the rest of our conversation that she didn't want me there. I've never been so disrespected at a shop before.
